He was extremely empathetic and sympathetic when I explained my mother's recent surgery and told him I needed to purchase the exact same adjustable bed and full-size mattress for her as I purchased for myself. He provided me with a good price and a great amount of financing time without interest. They will deliver my mom's new adjustable bed and mattress tomorrow. This will help keep her comfortable and easily get in and out of bed during her recovery.”

“Our hot water heater failed causing a flood in our basement which destroyed the carpet. One call to Walter at Rockbottom and he sent his worker over within the hour to remove the sopping carpet. It was a heavy, wet job but he got it done quickly.
We ordered a new carpet which arrived quickly. It was installed today. The men who did the work were meticulous. They even moved all the furniture for us. I would not hesitate to hire Walter and Rockbottom again should the need arise.”
