“Craig is a great guy, a skilled mover, and extremely reliable. Today I was left stranded when another mover I had schedule canceled on me the day of the move. I called Craig and within 30 minutes he had showed up and assessed my truck load. he got straight to work with what limited moving equipment I had on me, coordinated with 2 more guys THE SAME DAY to get some extremely heavy and awkward couches and beds moved and assembled for me. The price was great and the service was unbelievably fast without compromising even a smidge on quality. If you need help moving furniture, this is the guy.”

“I shipped a gigantic piece of art which was packed and shipped by Jim at the UPS store in Ridgefield. Despite his incredible effort to package it safely, the package was damaged later on its journey. Jim's attention to the resolution of this damage was unmatched - I truly felt valued and he fought for my insurance claim to be given the proper attention it deserved. In the end, all was resolved properly, but I couldn't have done it without Jim going above and beyond on my behalf. I'm grateful to live in a town with service of this degree and will be using UPS in Ridgefield for all my important business needs.”
“I had an AMAZING experience with Anthony at The UPS Store in Riverside! I first called with several questions, and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. When I came in person, he continued to answer every single question I had.

“I am from out of town and a package that was supposed to go to Pennsylvania ended up at the South Salem Post Office. I have never experienced such excellent service as I did at this post office. Robert helped me track my package down and reroute it to the correct address, which was not simple. He was so kind and helpful, called me back twice, and provided me with an updated tracking number.
