They identify and set goals for each individual needs in a comfortable environment. The facility is bright and spacious and kept clean. Highly recommend it!”
“The Bartlett Arboretum definitely made my day trip to Connecticut more interesting and enjoyable!I was surprised to discover there was a combination of dirt trails along with open green areas, a nice mix between mystery and serenity. There is a bridge over a stream winding its way through the rocks as the birds chirp in the distance. I felt at peace as I was accompanied by my boyfriend and protected by the tree cover.Two neat aspects of this arboretum were the lamb's ear plant and the prehistoric Redwood tree! I never would have thought these interesting living organisms would be at a small Arboretum in Stamford. I truly felt like I was in a special place-- nature in its purest, original form outside of modern day's creation and the chaos that arises from it. If you are a nature lover, or simply looking for a scenic environment to think and experience a sense of peace, come to Bartlett Arboretum!”
“Recently, we had our family reunion at Serafresca at the IC and the venue was perfect for our gathering of 150 family members!In addition to the gigantic tent, the outdoor facility included room for games, volleyball, a basketball court, and even bocce courts. “Le Chateau was a dream to work with all throughout our wedding experience. They are so attentive and professional. We had our reception here in July and couldn’t have asked for a better night. My husband and I got to enjoy every minute of the night while the Le Chateau team handled everything. I had a drink in my hand at all times, they made sure to know who our immediate family was so they could be cared for at all times and offered accommodations/substitutions for guests that needed it without being asked. Everyone had nothing but good things to say about the entire night. We couldn’t have been happier.”

“Went to the firehouse show on Sat Oct 7th 2023. I had a really great time! The place was ok. Kinda dumpy. Sound system was ok. Could have been louder. I sat on the front balcony. Had many beers and took magic mushrooms! I was so high from those mushrooms that I had the best time I've had in a long , long time!! I also brought marijuana. I didn't know if it was ok to light up because I didn't smell any weed being smoked. And i found that odd. Im not sure if they allow weed or not. I was probably better off refraining from the weed because i was already tripping my face off from the shrooms! Anyway, firehouse was awesome! I'm one of those fans who sits there and makes sure that the songs are played exactly like the CD. And they did very well! Yes, I would absolutely recommend seeing a show at this theater!! I really had a great time! No lie.”
“Absolutely cannot recommend enough the service at Lakota Oaks. I was in a hurry and left some things in my drawers, and they were nice enough to mail it to me. Their chef is excellent; and provided a plethora of options, including plant-based. Everyone is super nice, from the front desk, to the bartender, to the waitstaff. It's professionalism to the core, but with that warm touch that makes you feel it's personal.”

“I have been here several times with largo groups of family, coworkers, and small groups of friends. I always like the food-never got anything we didn’t enjoy! My favorites are the salad pizzas and the meatballs appetizer. Always good drinks, too! The place is spacious and bright and the staff is always friendly. The ONLY reason for 4 stars is that the service seems to be consistently a little slow. So don’t be in a hurry, I guess, because I quite enjoy this place & it has something on the menu for everyone!”

“My 2 night stay in December 2023 was a good one. While the property is showing its age, they were beginning a property-wide remodel on the day I checked out. Upon arrival, the doorman and the front desk were courteous and helpful. As a Hyatt Globalist, I was upgrade to a suite, which was huge. The room was somewhat dated but clean and in good shape. Based on the remodel projection pictures, this hotel will be fantastic once the remodel is complete. I'd stay here again, even before the remodel. It'll be 5 stars once remodel is complete.”
“I had a Sweet 16 party about 3 month ago, when I spoke with the manager from the venue he was very kind, we estimated how many adults could attend because alcoholic beverages you should pay per adults, so I started paying the venue each two or four month and finally on the same day of he party I had to pay for alcohol depending on how many adults came to the party. At first we signed a paper with a estimated 40 people, in the end of the party I had just 20 people but but he changed me has 40 adults people behaved badly wit me , the manager said many things and when the party ended he didn't comply, he also told me that I can use the kitchen for warme up the food later on the same day of the party he said the the kitchen does not include. Just be very careful what you sign he promises a lot and at the moment of truth he is a liar.”

The appetizers are good I highly recommend the cauliflower bites (very small portion size for 7.99$) they have combo offers on food and drinks.Great place to organize office and birthday parties.The Arcade has cool games, the staff is very accommodating!”

“Maikel and Jack from the Sienna restaurant went out of their way when we needed a wine opener. They took the opportunity to actually come to our room and open the bottle of wine for us. That’s definitely top customer service .They also had provided us with wonderful service while dining at this restaurant. The food is the best you’re going to find at any hotel. They have wonderful drink options at the restaurant as well as great salads pizzas and fish entrées.Also Maria Aybar at the front desk was so professional, accomodating and friendly. We will be back due to her hospitality.”
“I stayed at the Stamford Hotel two separate nights during my recent trip back to Connecticut to see family. I stayed in the accessible room with a walk-in shower. I used the mini fridge, which is hidden under the big television. A microwave would've been nice, but I don't think that they have accessible rooms with them. The little convenience store in the lobby came in handy. They sell protein bars, cold brew coffee, candy, and travel-sized toiletries. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but the food smelled good. They do not have room service, for which I'm deducting a star. I ordered delivery via an app so that I could chill in my room in my pajamas while eating. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. The view from my room was epic. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I slept well.”

“Very beautiful park, great sledding in the winter, great for walks, great variety in the scenery.The greenhouse/canopy/mansion area is just beautiful, very well maintained, the variety in the flora is beautiful.I usually go here with my family, either in the winter for sledding, or just to walk around with the dogs and get some fresh air with some good views.There are a few areas which are nothing but huge grassy fields and open space, which is great for going off leash if you’ve trained your dogs to not run off, playing sports, or even picnics.I love just walking around and taking in nature here, the aesthetics are really amazing, especially for photography!There’s a nice lake/river right at the bottom of the hill, behind the mansion, that just stunning on nice sunny/partially cloudy days.Dog-friendliness: Lots of wide open fields and grassy areas, as well as forested area that aren’t super dense, so you can still see your dog while they’re running around.The whole thing is surrounded by a fence, you’d be hard pressed to find it, since the property is so large, but it’s there. No need to worry about your pups getting lost and ending up somewhere dangerous.Perfect for your dogs if you like to take them off leash!”
