“I cannot say enough good things about New Fairfield Auto and especially Nick. Our 2018 SUV suddenly stopped running while we were driving as a family, and we had it towed there during a very stressful situation.

After diagnosing the issue, Nick called us and was completely honest and transparent. Instead of pushing unnecessary repairs or trying to take advantage of the situation, he told us he had seen similar issues with vehicles our year and make and recommended we contact corporate first.

He walked us through the entire process and even did the legwork to figure out what an engine replacement would cost if it wasn’t covered. We’ve only had the vehicle for two years after purchasing it from a branded dealership, so this was overwhelming for us.
Because of Nick’s advice and integrity, corporate ended up covering the engine replacement, even though the vehicle is nearly 10 years old.

It’s rare to find someone this honest and genuinely helpful in the auto industry. Nick truly looked out for our family, and we are incredibly grateful. Highly recommend New Fairfield Auto if you want trustworthy, knowledgeable, and caring service.”

“Yes prices are a little higher than then they would be a few miles away. Good convenience store Good people work in there. Used to stay open all night doesn't do that anymore kind of a bummer but understandable.”
