“Tom and Craig take business seriously. Despite their thoroughness and high quality repairs, they charge a lot less than typical dealer shops do.If a design is defective out of the manufacturer (such as a poor muffler clamp) they will do extra welding to reinforce it so it does not break again.My most recent visit was to have a rapidly worsening leak in my Silverado's transmission cooler lines repaired. While they were inspecting the truck, they found a potential safety hazard--the power steering cooler was rotted out and it carries the brake fluid, so a loss of pressure would mean a loss of brakes--not a good thing to happen on a commercial duty truck!I had them repair both, plus they quickly found out the cause of an engine stalling problem--a broken ground strap from the engine block to frame--and fixed it. Initially, the total cost was a little rough to handle, but when I looked over the invoice, I realized that so many things added up and none of them were unreasonably priced.Gil's is a bit of a drive for me, but I don't trust anyone else to work on my vehicles.”

“My visit was for an oil change initially but I had concerns for some suspension parts that looked very rusty. At no cost the team at Dutchess had me come in right away so they could look at my concerns. They confirmed that the part should be replaced so they ordered the part and scheduled the oil change and work.The day of my service I also brought up another issue that turned out to be the main serpentine belt and idler tension pulley. They had the parts in stock and added that to my work order.At the end of the day I had a quiet and dependable vehicle to drive that was repaired quickly and at a very fair price.I highly recommend starting a relationship with Dutchess Auto Body. “What a great team! I went in to get an oil change. They ran the series of tests to let me know what I needed. My car has over 318,000 miles so never know what to expect. They noticed the belt was shredded and emphasized the need to get it done as soon as possible. The next day I came in and they were speedy in replacing the belt. Which also led to a new diagnosis of the battery that needed to be replaced. There were several people from the crew including the manager that made sure everything was done correctly. That evening when I came home all of a sudden my running lights wouldn't turn off. They had me come in the next day and fixed it immediately and problem solved what was going on and cleaned the fuses from the corrosion. Angel was nice and very conversational each day and asked how I was. Brandon the assistant manager was thorough and very kind and making sure I understood what was going on. I will go back. Very trustworthy.”

I'm writing this review because I had an encounter with Tony (the owner) that was so impactful that it restored my faith in humanity. This might sound dramatic but after having a really negative experience with the initial people I entrusted to fix my car, I went to Tony (per my mother's recommendation). He was so enraged when I told him about my experience with the other guys. He was empathetic, comforting and caring. He even tried helping me to get my money back from them because they did a botched job and ripped me off for it, probably took advantage of the fact that I'm a girl and don't know much about cars. Like the name suggests Tony and his business are truly about integrity!”

“I have to rave about the service and honesty of this shop, I had my 5-series towed here from another shop. They diagnosed my overheating problem and got me back on the road in 2 days. The previous shop told me my car was junk and to just give them my title. If you have a BMW, Passarelli's is the place to get it repaired, they are often booked out a couple days but if you have an emergency, they will bend over backwards to trouble shoot it ASAP.
