“I had exhaust noise issues on my car and needed to address it before my emissions inspection. The service station was full, but the attendant at the counter found a way to get my car in with 20 minutes. They repaired the source of the exhaust noise and recommended to replace another part that commonly breaks. Awesome job for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.”

“My dad’s truck broke down in New Haven (he is from New York) and we googled a transmission center near by and we found Lee Myles. From the moment we walked in I felt welcomed. As always, when you take your car to a mechanic you never know what to expect. Techs were professional and very helpful, we received a call back within a day and we were told it was not the transmission and that we should take it to a diesel mechanic instead for further check. They wouldn’t charge us anything and they were still humanistic, professional, helpful and so more many other great description that I van keep going for ever.
If you need your transmission fix, go to Lee Myles transmission at Whalley st in New Haven, I promise you, you will not regret it!!! Honesty should be their middle name

“On a rainy day in New Haven, I was late for work and, against my better judgment, I drove my '04 CRV through what looked like a shallow puddle and ended up being, for all intents and purposes, a lake! The interior of my car became flooded up to my ankles. I drove around looking for a place that would hopefully be able to at least get the inside dry so that it wouldn't start to stink in my car. I happened upon One Stop, and instead of making me feel like a jack@$$, which would have been well-warranted, they were very helpful and vacuumed out the interior of my car. The floor mats needed extra time, and so they offered to hang them up in the shop for a couple days free of charge. Upon my return to pick them up, I brought the guys some coffee, which is nowhere near enough to thank them for their kindness. In the future, I will most definitely be taking my car to One Stop for repairs. Thanks, guys! I've attached a "before" picture for your comedic entertainment.”

“Stuck 8n New Haven with a blown brake line hours before the storm and no one wanted to help or tell my vehicle. Joe and Benny went out of their way to help me when I was in a pickle. Benny The owner even invited me to stop by sometime when I'm done with one of my veterans administration appointments down the road. I live in Torrington and I got the local treatment as they say.
