278 New Milford Turnpike suite b, New PrestonI have a dog who was terrified to have her nails cut she would yelp and bite when attempting to do them until we found Jen at Pampered Pets. She was fabulous. She was so patient and kind to my dog that she actually became calm while having her nails done. I was amazed. I will never go to anyone else!! Friends of mine who have their dogs groomed there also feel that at pampered pets they are so professional and have never had anyone else groom their dogs so well!!! I highly recommend Pampered Pets you will definitely be pleased and happy as I am!!!

They go out of their way to make every interaction positive. They are knowledgeable and take time to listen to all concerns. Their is no better than Aspetuck!

The Smithy Cafe at 9 Main
9 Main St, New PrestonI was in the mood for a sandwich and google suggested this Cafe. I looked at the menu online and immediately decided to visit. I had the grilled chicken on ciabatta and my husband had a pork panini on sour dough. The sandwiches were perfect. Every ingredient was well thought out and the result was harmony in every bite. The cafe has a nice selection of pastries, cakes, cookies and local products. And the staff were warm and welcoming. I look forward to more visits and trying all the sandwiches

295 New Milford Turnpike #1606, New PrestonCame in for dinner late one night and it was surprisingly good. We opted for the brisket sandwich, smoked half chicken and the burger. Everything was excellent. The brisket was tender, juicy and flavorful, burger was top notch and the half chicken juicy with the perfect balance of smoke. We will be back!

The farm is clean, the horses are happy and, having worked there as a volunteer for ~6years, have seen many go from skinny/injured and afraid to healthy and recovered mentally and off to a forever home. Patty runs a tight ship and is a force of nature when it comes to running the organization, she not only oversees the day to day operations but is more hands on than many in charge of a non-profit like this
