Pet Grooming
Planet Groom, LLC
145 NY-22 Suite 111, PawlingI cannot express how happy I am with my dog's grooming, I was searching for a groomer and they were recommended by my vet, I got a good vibe when I called, they were so nice, my husky was in desperate need of a groom, de-shed, she had some matting, they were able to brush her out with no shaving just a trim, she looks beautiful, she smells like a dream, and when the lady that groomed her came outside Cali ran right over and gave her kisses, I am thrilled, I highly recommend Planet Groom.

Pet Care
PatterPaws Animal Hospital
76 NY-22, PawlingMy son and I recently brought his rescue dog in for a booster shot. We arrived about 15 minutes early, and the waiting area was empty, so we spent some time giving our dog treats and keeping him comfortable.
We did wait approximately 15–20 minutes before they took him back for his booster. The staff handled him well, and I had no concerns about the actual care he received.
My only frustration was the amount of time the overall visit took for a relatively simple booster appointment. When we were finished and ready to leave, I was standing at reception with our dog on his leash waiting to pay while another client was having a fairly lengthy conversation with the receptionist. Since our visit was already complete, I would have appreciated being quickly checked out so my son and I could get our dog home, and then the longer conversation could have continued.
Overall, the care was good, but I think the flow at reception and checkout could be more efficient, particularly for clients who are already finished and simply need to pay and leave.
