“I wanted to reach out and let you know how pleased I am with the services provided by Dattco the day of my daughter’s wedding. As you know, I retained Dattco to provide round-trip shuttle transportation for our guests from the Marriott Hotel in Wallingford to The Pavilion on Crystal Lake on November 6, 2021.Sadly, there was a terrible accident on 91 causing the highway to shut down. From what I understand, (told to me a week later) the first bus sent to the Marriott was stuck on the highway with nowhere to go. My emergency contact (who was my right arm the day of the wedding) told me (much later) that Dattco kept in constant communication with her and sent a second bus to the location. Our guests arrived about 15 minutes after the cocktail hour started but they made it ! I say much later as no one wanted to tell me what happened until the wedding was over.Our guests said the bus was great and it was so much nicer than a school bus. The bus and the seats were clean and after a night of celebrating, our guests were safe and happy.I had called a few other companies prior to booking with Dattco. They were cheaper (a few hundred dollars) however, I was hesitant to do so. A few reasons, reliability, insurance, etc.I will say I am glad I went with my instincts and booked with Dattco. I would highly recommend you and your team to anyone needing bus transportation.Thank you for scrambling to accommodate our guests, we appreciate your professionalism”

“Winston and Jamal took good care of me!My lovely neighbor hit my parked trucked while backing out of her driveway and after going for insurance to cover the damages they gave me a rental referral at hertz while my truck was going to a shop for repair. The issue I had was more so with the insurance company (state farm) trying to play me. But Winston made my experience quick and easy and kept me informed. Jamal, who I think is in training, did a great job assisting Winston and me for fast pick up and drop off ! Would I ever rent a car through a referral from a car insurance agency, no. But if I ever had to rent a car for any other reasons I would see Winston and Jamal at hertz ! Thank you guys again for helping me out !”

“I have consistently rented from the Newington location without a single issue. I travel once a month out of state, I always reserve my rental in advance, online and pay in advance. I've never had a single issue here. Not once. ( I asked if management had changed because I saw all the bad reviews and was told no, so I'm not sure what happened with those) I've always had a pleasant experience, Elliot has almost always been the one to help me, and she makes the process super easy and super fast. It helps to know what you need with you in advance for ID, paperwork, cards, etc but my transactions usually take no more than 10 minutes. I've always received the vehicle I reserved, they're always clean and with no issues.”

“Hello and good morning to all , my experience at Avis was a great experience, from the point of setting up my booking to picking up the rental and dropping it off, the staff was courteous and professional, as a customer you have to realize that you have to be patient and be respectful, customer service employees at Avis have a lot on there plate, just cause it’s only cars there’s a lot involved and sometimes vehicles are not returned in a timely fashion, plus once a car arrives it has to be inspected and cleaned for the next customer, so please have patience. “First let me say, I don't understand all the bad reviews. I had booked a 1 month rental here pick up was 7/24/2023. I had pre paid (because I know sometimes rental companies will give cars away if the demand is high). I always pre pay because of this, this way I am assured of a car. The lady at the front desk was super polite. I had all my ID, License, CC all ready to go to make her life easy. The car was brand new and super clean, and clean inside out. So far the pick experience was super easy, I was in and out in less than 7 minutes!!”
