“Avis Car Rental with budget hours are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm Saturday 8am-3pm and Sunday 9am-2pm. We got a Chrysler Pacifica van for our yearly its nice we checked the Honda Odyssey but unfortunately it was a no good and we have to take pictures of the rental cars so we can see if its damaged seriously or not just to be on the safe side and always take pictures of the rental cars before you rent them it better to be safe than sorry.”
“I had another wonderful experience with Enterprise in West Hartford. This year alone, I have rented four vehicles from this location, and each vehicle has been clean and well-maintained. The customer service is always stellar. Occasionally, when I make a specific request—especially at the last minute—they may not be able to accommodate it. However, I genuinely feel that the staff always gives their best effort, and that is all I can ask. I highly recommend this location!”
“I am absolutely stunned at how well this Hertz location is run, especially compared to other ones I've been to. They have gone above and beyond for me. I wish I could use this branch as my go-to even with it being 2 hours from home. If you need a Hertz vehicle, come to this location. Anything negative that I've seen regarding the place being dirty, etc, no longer applies. Nice clean location and ALL extremely well taken care of cars. I've had some pretty bad experiences at some Hertz locations, but this one should be a model for the rest. The man who is running this location should be in a regional position, at least. Either Hertz corporate hasn't seen the other locations or they haven't seen this one. His customer service skills are on point and his attitude is the type of attitude that should encouraged. Don't overlook this man. He's the best resource I've seen in at Hertz. Don't take him for granted. Using this place as a model for how you do business could be the thing that saves this company from another bankruptcy.”
