“Extremely neat, very well organized and clothing, boots, and accessories for everbody.This Bob's store, not to be confused with a furniture store, is located off the Berlin turnpike, on Kitts lane where the Stop an Shop is.There is plenty of upfront parking.I have been looking for a quality but affordable pair of winter snowblower gloves. After checking out several stores, I decided to try this store. Walked in, and there up front were 3 display stands of gloves.Found exactly what I was looking for, and in my size, Xlg, and at the right price.$39.99.At the register, the young man was very pleasant and informative and answered all my questions. He then informed me of their Bobs store rewards program. A no cost, no card carrying, saves you money on your purchases. I agreed and was instantly awarded a $10.00 discount for signing up and extended my warranty to 90 days. You can't go wrong.I left feeling pretty good, and I believe that's the best compliment you can say about a business.These gloves just got a little warmer.I do recommend Bob's clothing store on Kitts Lane in Newington.”

“Came to buy some sneakers because I love this product and this particular store.I want the three people working there to be acknowledged for their incredible patience and professionalism with another client whose four year old came in screaming and wasn’t told to stop ,at all.The mother did nothing and trust me I’m a mom I’ve been overwhelmed before but she just literally tuned him out and he was also pushing the chair around and punching the door and it was just so shocking.They complained to the worker that we gently complained to please have her make him settle down.My mom just got out of the hospital so we are on eggshells already.The workers handled themselves just wonderfully and THAT is just another reason why we’ll bring business back again and again.Bravo to those workers!”

“This store is my favorite one in the entire Farmington Valley. The clothing is high quality and reflects many wonderful activities that are popular in New England such as hiking, walking through forests, fly fishing, horseback riding and dressing nicely for professional but casual work days, no matter what your job may be. The service is friendly, personal and impeccable. I treasure every article of clothing that I have purchased or that has been gifted ti me and my family on special occasions such as Christmas, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day and of course birthdays!
