“Decided to bite the bullet and go for a premium audio install for my 2025 hyundai sonata N-line and didn't want to just go anywhere.. I wanted to make sure it was a place who can handle unforseen issues and who are neat, clean and creative while also understanding. Well let me tell you, this is that place! Professionally calibrated and installed a very nice 8 channel dsp amp with a subwoofer which is blowing me away the longer I listen to it. Sounds incredible is incredible! “I was hit in the front end of my KIA in June. The other driver had State Farm ins and they paid for all repairs. They gave me a choice of repair shops and I chose Putnam and I am glad I did. I have never received such professional and personal service at such a high level. They are by far my favorite shop. “Love EFI! I have been going to them literally for decades. You can tell all these guys really care about cars. They all enjoy what they do and you can tell how much they want to help customers enjoy their cars. They are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. Recently I had a suspension issue that was going to keep me from getting on the track. They diagnosed it, rushed parts, and were able to get the car fixed in a very short timeline so I could get out for a track day. They are the only place that has ever worked on my car, and will be the only place to work on my car in the future. Highly recommend them!”

“Drove from maine to bring my van back home to Virginia and broke down. I had to get from the gas station to napa luckily I was with family and got a ride to the cloest Napa.
First gentleman that helped me out was pretty curt. Straight to the point didn't give 2 shits about nothing. Got some hose clamps and got my rig fixed back up.
Unfortunately, it blew the intercooler hose again and had to limp back to Napa. 30 minutes before closing I had to grab a new intercooler coupler/boot that was longer to fix the problem. They had none available at the length i needed, but he managed to cross reference and find me a radiator hose with the same dimensions that would get me back home.
Thank you. You guys saved me a 300 mile tow back.
Also to the first guy... I get it. Same shit different day bunch of guys needing shit and are in a hurry. I still appreciate you. 2nd guy, the older gentleman with glasses and a stache. You were crazy patient with me and incredibly helpful. Thank you so much for cutting that hose down to size.
