“My first experience with Kia of Old Saybrook was at the beginning of the year when a snow plow hit my Kia and paid to get it repaired. I went to the service department and they took care of it immediately, made the repairs, and all was good to go. When it was time for me to purchase a new car this month, I was lucky enough to work with Evan Roof, my salesperson. Evan was great to work with, very knowledgeable, friendly, no pushing or stress. While I had to wait for the car to make it to CT, I would get follow up phone calls to keep me in the loop. So I must say that everyone I worked with at this dealership, from Service to Sales to Finance was exceptional. The atmosphere at this dealership is great, just all around nice people.
