“I just love Big Y. Convenience and great service. Prepared foods are a fabulous bonus. Not a bargain store but fair prices and great selection.
Updating my review. Have been going to Big Y for many years now. Still love it. Still think some things are a little pricey but no different than any other grocery store. Very disappointed that they started charging fees for Electric Vehicle charging. They used to give one free hour of charging while you shop. I really enjoyed grabbing a few kilowatt hours while I shopped. It was a nice perk that made me choose Big Y over other stores. I am less loyal now. I shop for convenience and best sales so sometimes I end up at other stores. But Big Y is definitely still in my top three for grocery shopping.”
“We were desperately looking for vegan omega 3 supplements and could only find them here! Lots of selection and great products that are hard to find elsewhere. Produce, eco friendly cleaning products, gluten free options, etc. Friendly staff.”
“The older gentleman who works the self check out, is an absolute gem. When using wic, I had an issue at the machine. It wouldn’t cover one of the juices I had grabbed even though it should have. He immediately came over and helped me. I unfortunately didn’t have enough to cover it. He told me don’t worry about it and covered it for me. That’s something I won’t soon forget. Thank you sir. Let this be an example of the awesome people working here.”

Looking for a phone he approached me and was patient and knowledgeable and an asset to Walmart.
I purchased one and he set it up for me.
He apparently is on loan from another location.. he should do training of other Walmart employees.”
