“I must say the team over at Detail Masters in Stratford, CT out did themselves with this one! I purchased this truck used from Fairfield Market Place and I knew it was going to be a project to help restore it back to a place where it looked like it came off the lot.I took it to a local detial car place when I got it, but the work they did was no where compared to the work Detail Masters did today! Top to bottom, inside out, every door, door knob, door hedge, carpet, seat, light fixture, you name it, if it was in the truck they were detailing it. I walked in shocked at the work they had put in. I dropped off one truck and got a whole new one.The team was so professional. They walked me through everything before I said let's move forward. They were very knowledgeable, and didn't come across like people just trying to sell me something. Machine wash is good but hand wash is the best and they have many helping hands to clean the cars as well as making it new.I got around 15-20% discount on choosing 2 packages and got 15% discount coupon for my next visit. The interior cleaning was amazing, they kept the plastic cover after they did the seat shampoo, which made my car feel like new.They have a good temperature controlled place for the guest rest area.Have water for drinking and have a washroom too at a short distance.”

“A few weeks ago, I visited the Shelton Russell Speeder’s and accidentally locked myself out of my car while vacuuming. Kevin, who I believe is the manager there, assisted me for the better part of a half an hour by allowing me to use his phone several times, and even spent some time helping me remove mold spores from the side of my car while I waited for my husband to arrive with a spare key. The entire time, Kevin was attentive and calming, and I really appreciated his company, while I was in a bit of a frantic moment. I feel he went above and beyond his role. “Came by at 10:30am. Opens at 8:00.I PAID for a basic wash and wanted to take advantage of the free vacuuming but to my surprise the doors to car wash were closed, no one came to open it, then tried to at least use the vacuums, but were turned off, and the exit was corded off! The entrance was NOT blocked off nor any traffic cones to stop traffic. UPDATE. CAME BCK & was given a full voucher. Evidently the garbage men came and took down the traffic cones that were at entrance and didn’t replace them. Will definitely go back.”

“I don't understand all of the bad reviews. I just signed up for the monthly package and have used it three times already. Each car wash is great! My windows, including the front windshield, have never been cleaner. The vacuum cleaning has complete coverage. My car is spotless when done. I'm very pleased and satisfied with Personal Touch Car Wash so far. I started going here after my normal car wash that I visited for years went completely downhill after some major service changes. I highly recommend Personal Touch Car Wash.”
