“Went in looking to switch cell service and get a new phone after my husband's phone broke. It was close to closing so we weren’t expecting to walk out with phones that night.
Jeffery was awesome. He walked us through every step of the process. Helped us find the right phone for our needs, pick a great plan, and get the accessories that we needed (which he installed for us). He was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure our numbers transferred before we left and made sure we had the customer service number in case anything went wrong. I don’t think I’ve ever had an easier or more enjoyable time buying a new phone. I wasn't planning on upgrading my phone that day but I'm glad I did.
We are about an hour away from this store and I’d absolutely go there again for that level of service. 10/10”

Used all the right words and was very knowledgeable and courteous. “The gentleman working at this location in Shelton was very helpful and was so knowledgeable that I didn't even have to go through the trouble of paying to get my phone fixed. He would be happy to help me but he was honest with me and I made the decision to just go ahead and order a new device instead of wasting money on a device that was no longer being updated by Samsung and the new flagship was due to roll out in less than 2 months. I have had my devices fixed here before and so have my family members and they did a fantastic job returning our devices to like new condition. I strongly recommend them for all your electronics repair needs.”

He went over every option we had, was extremely transparent, and went above and beyond with each question we had despite it being past 8pm, closing time. Never once did Jomar act like he was in a rush to leave or be rude or anything. He was absolutely the definition of professional and outstanding customer service. We are going to be returning Tuesday the 28th to get two new phones because of how great he was. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. “Stumbled upon the Derby AT&T after having a sub par experience at 2 other AT&T locations near me and was blown away by the customer service I received. My first visit there, Mo helped me. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond in terms of helping resolve an issue I was having trying to upgrade my daughter's phone. My second visit, Jayden helped me and I found him also to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Despite this location being a little further away than other AT&T locations, it is the only one I will now go to for assistance with our phones!”
