“I must say that Elm City Wireless is a life saver. My son was visiting and dropped his iPhone 11. I literally called at 6:45 pm they close at 7:30. I asked if it was to late for the repair the gentleman said you get here I fix it in 20 minutes. I arrived at 7:00 pm and true to his word by 7:20 pm I had my son’s iPhone in hand with a new screen. This is my go to cell store AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE ????Thank you”

“My tablet wasn't working so I brought it in to have iZeek look at it. He plugged it into the wall and saw that I have been using a non-standard cord for charging. He told me I needed to use a Samsung cord. And he didn't charge me a nickel for this advice!! Highly recommended!!”

“Quite frankly, this may be one of the most valuable services around for persons dependent on their tech-mostly, everyone.At the gym, an errant workout machine accident changing a pin. The bar dropped suddenly and cracked the screen of my ancient iPhone 8. For reasons too ling to list, I needed to fix it rather than replace it with the most recent iteration.Sam took my call over the weekend (Saturday. He kindly explained my options-OEM or after market. The price was reasonable, and for 30$ more they put in a screen protector.I could not make it that day, and came in on Monday (the store was closed on Sunday). The doors open at 10 and I was there at 10:15-arrived to a line three people deep.He said he could fix my phone and even gave me a cheaper option of a used screen. I needed to think about some more options and decided to come back.Upon my return, Shevaughn kindly gave me just as friendly service as Sam. He also noted the screen protector option (but forgot to add it-could be because we were chatting). Pick up was less than two hours later, and it looked great. Nicely done.Here are the only things I might change about my experience:1. The screen border was changed from black to white without anyone telling me that this might happen. I don't really care, to be honest, but someone who really cared about how it looked might. This should have been noted up front.2. The price seemed to go up by 10$ when I got back. Not sure why that would be. It might be my "old man" memory, but I swear it was ten bucks less.3. Opening at 10 feels like something that could change. All in all, a great experience. Professional, kind, and they saved the phone.Highly recommended.”

“Firstly, both of the salespersons were great. We were welcomed and informed of how long the wait would take, which allowed us to know that we were seen. They were very pleasant; Mehkai, was the person that addressed our needs, but between them both, we really did not mind whom we received because they both had a professional warmth! Mehkai was thorough, patient regarding all our questionings, and informative. When we entered the store I observed the interaction both reps had with other customers and found that we experienced the same exact treatment with different circumstances; I felt like we were all that mattered at that time... not just for a sale, although important, but because we were there, and you can see and feel that they enjoy what they do. “Josh at Verizon came to rescue the day for me after previously being let down by another rep in their store. After an incident regarding bill changes wasn't explained properly to me, Josh took the extra time in his very busy day to assure I was happy and satisfied. I truly believe that it's people like him that make or break your experience with your cell phone providers. Josh is a true asset to this particular Verizon store, make sure to ask for him if needing any assistance over the phone or in person.”

My phone suddenly encountered the dreaded "black screen of death," and it left me unable to log in to work, resulting in a day's worth of lost pay.Joseph, who happened to be the only representative on duty the next day, went above and beyond to address my concerns. Despite being the sole point of contact, he exhibited exceptional patience and professionalism throughout my visit. He dedicated his time and efforts to assist me, even working with me until closing time while still looking into the needs of other customers!!!!Joseph demonstrated remarkable multitasking skills by coordinating with other reps and reaching out to customer support. My phone was in a dire state, unable to receive or make calls, but Joseph's unwavering patience, persistence, and determination prevailed. Thanks to his outstanding customer service, I was able to regain functionality on my phone and return to work, all while other customer service representatives that day had given up, saying "there's nothing else we can do."I can't express my gratitude enough to Joseph.
