“Similar to many of the reviews here, Bryan was great when we were shopping for a treadmill. He was extremely patient with us—we stopped in several times and asked a lot of questions. Bryan never rushed us and answered every question thoroughly.
He even offered to let us come in and use the machine for as long as we wanted, understanding that this was a significant investment for us. He treated us like family, which was a stark contrast to another store we visited in Norwalk where we weren’t even acknowledged.
Moving forward, as long as our new treadmill doesn’t turn into a coat rack, we’ll definitely be back to buy more equipment from Bryan.”
