The gentleman, who may have been the owner, helped me sift through a bountiful selection of ties in a basket. He insisted I sample a cookie or two from a wonderful tray baked by his wife. A Frank Sinatra medley played in the background. A phenomenal customer experience and I highly encourage you to wander into Enson's Menswear when you're in New Haven!”
