“This is best service ever ok.They will make you run around in circles to different stores wasting gas. Never help get upgrade for a new phone. They keep telling me to call the online service, then the online service tells to go to the store. Never again then store clerk tells me it will be $498 to upgrade the iPhone 11. That’s the upgrade and if the online representative said something different they do not do what they can do call them back. So I did then the online representative said go back to the store only the store can do upgrades to phone plan and I have been a customer for 5 years. This is craziness. So I ask for a supervisor politely no attitude at all. Then they tell they only can give me an android upgrade to stay when I got a iPhone and can go to boost mobile for a better upgrade for a iPhone. I even told them I like thier service is their anything can do even if I pay more for the upgrade they said no only the store do upgrades. Then they have promotions online for iPhones they won’t give online im very confused on why should I stay with them ever again. This company will make run around waste gas almost $4.00 a gallon to do nothing then tell go back a different location store this is craziness. Help please”

“This place has everything you will ever need in your audio pursuit! My first experience was a little embarassing but this is what happend. I actually showed up unannounced thinking this was a storefront and quickly realized I might have needed to place my order online beforehand to actually pick it up.... Anyways, I hit the call button on the door and explained I may have messed up by just showing up at the front door. Very quickly a gentleman named Mark , who I know was busy with other orders, was kind enough to let me in. He immediatley gathered my order on the spot, no hassle at all, and explained (if i remember correctly) that they moved recently and the order of operation is that they usually do online orders and will call you for pickup when its ready. He had everything I needed and cashed me out. Mark was very professional and informative to say the least. Since then I have placed another online order and they shipped it the next day! Great company and I can easily understand why they have such a great reputation. 5/5 stars”

“Take Five provided a home theater system with a 77 Sony OLED TV; marantaz receiver, Apple TV, Moon audio speakers, all integrated with Control 4. So with a single remote I can control watching TV, Streaming through Apple TV and listening to streaming music through Tidal. The remote has a touch screen and can change channels by voice or find shows to watch, by voice, on the Apple TV. It all works seamlessly, thanks to Marc the technician. Bob was responsible for the specifics of the various components to make my system look and sound extraordinary. He is very knowledgeable on that front and I highly recommend Take Five for any home theater and audio needs.”

“The family is very well knowledgeable of their merchandise if you have a problem with your merchandise then gladly would come back and fix it they have 90 days for you merchandise they do accept cash and they're coming back to my house because my dryer is not working and they're going to fix this for free and if it's not able to be fixed they might give me another dryer our recommend them to anybody the mom is very friendly the kids are friendly and they're willing to help and they're not overly priced so if you're looking for a new washer and dryer or a used washer and dryer or a stove or refrigerator that is a place to go I recommend them to anyone. “People like to hang out here! Depending on the time that's the kinda crowd you will find! No seats & tables but they will stand at the register talking & talking! Sometimes just buying ticket after ticket ! Scratching in search of those millions! You can always come in and grab hot food and coffee or on a hot day some chips and a slurpee !! They now have an iPad "BELLY" at the counter for you to check-in and accumulate points towards free coffee food snacks, and slurpee for a year ! I something like that you need 5,000 points! At 5 points a visit it doesn't seem that hard. All it takes is your email address and a belly card! Easy enough!! They also have gift cards and charcoal for that BBQ on the whim !!”

“I arrived about an hour before closing on Thursday night. My mother wanted to upgrade her phone. The store was immaculate, well stocked and very well lit. Will D., the solutions specialist, directed me to the iPhone SE after I mentioned that my mother was 92 years old and never had anything but her flip phone. After reviewing her account, he mentioned that she should be getting a $20 credit because she was already signed up for auto pay and paperless billing. He said in order to receive that discount she would need to switch her payment method from credit card to bank account. In less than an hour I was out the door with my mother's new phone. She was thrilled but I did need to bring her to the store the next day so she could update her account to get the $20 credit. She had a few questions which Will who I am now referring to as the super savvy senior citizen representative patiently answered. His friendliness and clear explanation of how to work the phone made my mother totally at ease. In a day she had learned how to text, take photos, set up her email, and was totally comfortable using her new phone thanks to Will!”
