“The staff particularly ar the pharmacy dept. are very friendly & helpful. I used to highly recomend this pharmacy, unfortunately you now deal with a tablet instead of a staff member. CVS new policy, Profits before customer service. The OTC item I was looking for, which Google says they have was unavailable as was anything in that catagory, nerve pain relief. It was suggested by the pharmacist to shop on line, which I will. I will be transfereing all my percriptions to a local family owned pharmacy that care about me first, not profits.”

“I use this CVS whenever in the Mystic area for my prescriptions as well as taking advantage of the candy sales. Overall I have been pleased and have no issues with using this CVS for my medical needs, including over the counter. This is an update to my previous review of CVS. I've had nothing but excellent experiences here trying to get prescriptions. In my opinion, this is probably the best place I've ever been for and efforts to make sure I get the right thing by the pharmacist. I was helped today by one individual whose name was Elizabeth and all I can tell you is that it's just a fantastic experience. I've had nothing but bad luck with Walgreens and ever since the rite aids closed in the Midwest I've had nothing but trouble with prescriptions dealing with Walgreens hatch off to CVS in mystic. I wish everyone was like you”

“They are friendly and I never have any problems. Yes they are busy . The only problem with this pharmacy is the parking. Parking lot to small with amount of people going in and out.”

“I was having such a hard time finding a healthy eyelash serum that had legit reviews. I was about to give up. I figured I would try CVS as my last stop. Every store I went to employees dumped me in the makeup aisle. I needed more help than that. Michelle literally went above and beyond. She found every eyelash serum product available at your store for me. My mission seemed to become hers. She asked questions and helped me in a way that I haven't ever experienced before. At the same time she was helping all the other customers find products and I could not believe her knowledge, speed, and dedication. I was not the only customer impressed. She deserves more than recognition. Please know that she is a huge value to your company. I have not ever received custom service with such quality in my life. You absolutely do not get better than her. You need to show her your appreciation cause like I said customer service like that doesn't exist. Thank you so much, Michelle. I am dumbfounded by how you multi-tasked like you did and helped everyone in the store find exactly what they wanted while taking such care to all of us at the same time. If I find out you are properly recognized for your service I will buy all my beauty products at your store location”
“excellent deli - which has pre made dinner type options, salad bar with hot dishes, premade dinners to go, premade dinners you just bake/eat, good fish dept and good meat dept. Produce is good but pricey. Decent sales, so keep an eye on weekly flyer. Offers breakfast and lunch (with seating) items too.”

Nancy at the counter is one of the kindest and most compassionate people we have ever met. We felt welcomed from the minute we entered to the time we left. Whoever manages this store should know that she was the sweetest woman ever, to the point where we were compelled to leave this review. Great customer service.”

“Yes, it’s true. This WALGREENS could use a facelift and it does smell a little bit like mold.. ( NOT GOOD) Although I will say the pharmacy staff is incredible. They’re very helpful and they’re very kind and I’ve had many shots there and they’ve done an extra ordinary job.!! They truly do care !
We will continue to use this Walgreens!
