“I was in the Westerly Crossings shopping center, so I decided to check for any good deals at this CVS. I saw some nice Peanuts Christmas cards and with the 40% off coupon, it was a great deal. So I got them. The line to checkout was a bit long, but they quickly added cashiers and we got out of there in no time. Nice customer service here.”

“This is just for the C19 vaccine. To be clear, I live 30 minutes from this location and probably won't pop in here unless I randomly find myself in Westerly. I've heard a few horror stories from family and friends that went to state sites and pharmacies and had to wait an hour plus to get their vaccine. This location was VERY streamlined and had me in and out in 20 minutes. I checked in close to the entrance, a very friendly store associate sent me to another line I was on for 2 minutes and went to another room where they gave me the shot. Every staff member I interacted with was super nice and apparently according to the dude that administered the shot, CVS really tries to ensure they don't over book for time slots and ensure things don't get backed up or clogged. Smart. They ask you to stick around for 15 minutes after to ensure there is no bad reaction and they gave everyone who received a 20% off coupon for a future purchase for getting vaccinated at a CVS - which I promptly used to buy some tolietries and a candy bar cause hey - it was a Friday and I'm almost fully vaccinated!”
“I’m not from around here, nor is Walgreens my primary pharmacy. I stopped in here to get a drink on a road trip and honestly, I’m glad I did. Nancy at the counter is one of the kindest and most compassionate people we have ever met. We felt welcomed from the minute we entered to the time we left. Whoever manages this store should know that she was the sweetest woman ever, to the point where we were compelled to leave this review. Great customer service.”

“I switched to Seaside about 6 months ago after using CVS in westerly for over 15 years. Leaving them for Walgreens because the staff was not so friendly and they were always out of my prescriptions. Walgreens was ok but their hours did not fit my schedule and they to were always running out of my mess and they never sent me any kind of warning g even though all of my prescriptions were on auto fill. At both cvs and Walgreens I fealt like their staff was just over worked or under appreciated. Therefore it was taken out on the customer. Ever since I've been with Seaside they always answer the phone with a pleasant hello and my order is always there or there ready to fill. Not one issue. I wish I knew they were there a long time ago. Thank you Seaside for making all of my prescription needs easy and painless.”
