“I went to this Advance Auto Parts store. I paid online and it was supposed to be ready in half an hour, but the email stating my parts were ready for pick up arrived over an hour later. It was no big deal this time, because I wasn't going to get there until after I was out of work anyway. However, if my timeline and schedule was tighter, it could have been an issue.
The staff was attentive and friendly. I compared these parts to the same exact parts at a few other local stores and this place had the best deal.
The store appeared to be clean and well organized.
Overall, I was happy with this store and would certainly use it again in the future. As a former regular customer of Carquest, I have never been a big fan of Advance Auto, but they are starting to grow on me. This location seems a little better than the ones in New Britain, especially the one in New Brite Plaza.”

“Awesome place! Although API caters mostly to wholesale customers, they take EXCELLENT care of their retail guests. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Great sense of humor.... always an excellent experience time & time again. They literally take the API motto of "Quality Parts, Expert Service" seriously. Dwayne knows how to run a business & treat his staff, and is one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. Unfortunately not able to say that for some of the other people that work for him, but Dwayne makes it worthwhile to go there. Will continue to purchase parts from here.”

“I went here for tints a few months ago! They did an amazing job! Very reasonable, friendly, great competitive prices, and they worked with me to get the tints done when it was convenient for me. I absolutely recommend this place and did infact 2 weeks ago! My friend went in for speakers and absolutely loved the job they did. I will only go here for anything audio related or if I tint another car! We both rave about how wonderful this place is! I highly recommend them!”
