“I was getting my tires rotated at Town Fair Tire in Bristol, CT. I had been having issues with my car making a rhythmic sound when braking. Donato in the shop recommended J's Auto just down the road, on Rte 6, Bristol, across from Home Depot as being good, reliable, and reasonable, so I drove over immediately. I spoke with Jose, who I found to be very friendly, and willing to try to figure out what was going on with my car. I ended up being so satisfied with the quality of work, but also the way everyone I dealt with was friendly, particularly Jose and Maggie. I ended up dropping my wife's older model car to be checked out a couple of weeks later, and got the same quality of service. Good work, friendly honest people at a reasonable price. Glad to know about J's.

Brought my wife's car in again because someone suggested I needed a significant set of parts replaced. Jose and his team looked at the issue and fixed the parts, and lubricated them for a nominal cost, saving us a considerable amount of money. We were prepared to pay for new parts. These guys, and Maggie, are friendly, and equally importantly, they are honest folks. #impressedagain”

“I needed to purchase a vehicle and I test drove several used Ford Escapes at other dealers and they all drove terrible not to mention the customer service was lacking. Then I found another Escape with the price and mileage range I wanted at Automotive Pluss so I called and spoke with Rob and he immediately talked about how their vehicles are carefully selected, have clean titles and are serviced by them to pass inspections. I booked a time to see the vehicle and it was washed and the tires were even shined when I arrived. Rob greeted me and we took it for a test drive and it drove very smooth. Bottom line, I purchased this vehicle because I was not pressured, Rob showed me every detail and was honest, no BS. Every question I had was answered and his co-worker gave me the vehicle report and entire service history. Don't waste time going to a huge lot of badly maintained overpriced used vehicles, and with a sales staff that will say anything to get you to purchase. PS: if you are local to the area they are a service center that will keep your vehicle maintained. Finally....a pleasant experience!”

Earlier, I had met Luke from the sales team last year after I moved back into CT. Luke was extremely professional and personable, and made sure that all of my questions were answered for when I was ready to make a purchase.
After applying for a financing quote online with Crowley Kia, I was able to get an appt on the same day. I met Luke again and he remembered me and after test driving the vehicle I chose, we got to the table and Luke showed what the expected costs were with all taxes and fees included, and nothing looked unexpected.
After my deposit, I was then brought over to Bobby from the finance team and he shared some add-ons and I felt no pressure in making my choices for the ones that made sense to me. To my surprise, the costs were lower than expected, too!
On pickup day, Luke and Evan had prepared the car with a white glove level of care and professionalism which I greatly appreciated. I was given time to ask about any other features or functions of the car before my sendoff.
After 30 days on the road and about 1000 miles in with no issues, I am pleased to share that when my first month of payment came due, it was the same amount that Luke and Bobby provided to me on paper without any other dues by Kia Finance.
Overall, going to Crowley Kia was a great experience, and I highly recommend anyone shopping for a new Kia to ask for Luke!”

Called Jay's on a Friday afternoon and they were willing to accommodate a diagnostic to evaluate however my availability warranted a first thing Monday morning drop off.
Jay happened to be there at 7:30am and confirmed he would look at it and call back. Barely an hour later, he called with a diagnosis of a bad hub bearing, a very reasonable quote and confirmation of same day fix. Barely 2 hours later. I got the call that it was fixed and ready for pickup.
I am very satisfied and for the first time in a while, don't feel taken advantage of by a mechanic shop. The customer service was excellent, responsive and respectful.

“Paul deff got the job done! Took my Subaru to rays carstar up the st ( they are garbage BTW) they had my car in and out for months...took to Subaru dealership thinking they wld figure out the cause of the shaking in my car,( which they didn't figure out n charged me for a tune up that did nothing!) I spoke to paul on the phone n he knew right away what is was THRU the PHONE! He checked my car out, explained with detail what was causing the shakiness...Subaru n Ray's missed a spark plug that was cracked in three diff areas! He will deff treat u like a person n not brush u off ! He even sent pics to show me!”
