“I can’t recommend Tire Depot enough!! Tony and his team are the NICEST, friendliest people in the business. I had a nail in my tread and my tire was going flat. I went to firestone the night before just because I was afraid it would go completely flat. (It was 4:45pm and Tire Depot closed at 5) Firestone told me it was beyond repair and I’d need to replace all four tires and began to quote me over $1200 for the job. Recognizing the ridiculousness of the situation I refused their “service.” (Mind you, it took them 1.5 hour to check out my car, and three empty bays. Additionally, I had three little ones with me..)I brought my Highlander to Tire Depot the next morning and they took care of me with kindness and they were quick! Because I have purchased tires with them more than once, they repaired and patched up my tire and didn’t charge me a penny. Talk about going above and beyond for their customers!! I will never go anywhere else for tires. The team is honest, reliable, fast, and so incredibly nice!! I was blown away by their kindness and will recommend them to all my friends and family”

“I've used them in the past they did a excellent job on my transmission very knowledgeable. Recently I just got worked done from them again for bad u joint that caused my housing to Crack they fixed that problem. I picked up the truck but I had a wicked vibration so I took it back the same day told Mike about the issues I was having he took for test drive and said it was front end. Right there I knew it seems like he didn't want nothing to do with this truck anymore. So I took my truck to another mechanic he took for a test drive come to find out it my drive shaft u joint was bad that causing the vibration now I just dish out another $440 that economy should've picked up on. That's why I'm giving them 4 star's they are knowledgeable with their stuff but I think attitude.Service: Transmission”

Compare that to a fresh looking graduate out of a zip boys shop and its no contest, no offense. They've gone beyond in looking out for our cars, making it a point to look at everything at no extra cost. Even if I'm just getting a tire rotation, John will point out other things that might need fixing, which I appreciate because he could easily nickle and dime everybody with an extra inspection cost just to make an extra buck. He's better than that though. The only downside is that place is often very busy. Thankfully that's also a sign of a good business that keeps its base coming back.”

“My husband has sent me here few times for parts and since my 1st visit I'm always happy to return. Extremely friendly all the way around every time I've come- from greeting me when I walk in to loading my vehicle before I go. Last time I came I had my 1yr old in my arms and had to run back to my car for my card - I was noticeably rushing until the guy at the desk told me it's ok and to take my time. That may not sound like a big deal but it was! Before i even got to my card they were already loading my parts in my car being extremely extremely careful positioning the part to not damage my car and fitting it in the best angle.
