“I went in to add a phone line to my plan and do some other switches and Will was covering for the East Hampton store today , he was amazing and very helpful. He was extremely patient with us as one of my daughter’s phones was not updated properly. I give him a lot of credit putting up with us, he stayed past closing to make sure everything updated and transferred properly. My youngest kept him very amused. Thank you Will for being so kind and patient with us. If we need anything else we will come visit you in your home store in Cromwell!”

“I had a few months ago cracked the back glass on my iPhone 12 for the third time in 3 years. I brought it to this place and the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Looked at it, gave me a fair and reasonable price. Had him do the work and came back in an hour and he pointed out a couple things that the previous company had done wrong, fixed the issues and since then I have added a back glass protector to go with the front.
Fast forward to last week, my iPhone 12 battery was dying unexpectedly fast, brought it in, he looked at it, gave me a great price and it works flawlessly! Upon return to pick it up, he even showed me how bad the old battery was!
With phones being so expensive nowadays, this was the most logical and cost effective option. They did great work and I will recommend them to all of my friends for the knowledge and fair pricing! Thank you!”

“If there were a 1000 score on this, you would get it. Michael was so helpful. I purchased a new phone at another store earlier yesterday and did not know important accessories were not in the box. Plug was needed to charge phone. Michael set up transferring my apps with ease, because in the corporate store there was no WiFi. I even had a screen protector put on the glass, a lovely case too .
Wow!! Michael thank you so much for explaining everything throughly to me . Not to mention I walked into the store with 5 minutes to closing . I was greeted as I walked in, and didn’t feel rushed ; even though after a long days work that they had he was so professional. . I will never go anywhere else but, At&T on Main St Middletown CT my cell phone is my life line . Many thanks!!!!!!

“After struggling with service on my phone for a long while (losing internet connection and having SOS messages pop up in service areas where no one else had struggles), I stopped in to see if I could get some help with my phone. Queenie, who appeared to be the manager, was very quick and was able to fix my service issue in a brief visit. I have since not seen the same issues with the service. I will be continuing to monitor but she was very knowledgeable and even showed me how to personally troubleshoot any issues like this in the future.”

“They didn't have most of what I was trying to purchase....
Samsung requires an additional piece that plugs into usb-c slot to use headphones so that was the first thing they didn't have, next was a usb-c wall charger longer than 3 feet. They only had 3ft... i.e. 1 meter.
I had them put my new screen protector on but it wasn't done well and the next day 2 of the corners were already lifting up!
They were very pleasant”

“Woke up this morning to a tv display that could not be changed, and then proceeded to try and fix things myself, which wasted 45 minutes, of course. Called Cox product support and got Eric on the line and 10-15 minutes later we were up and running normally. Eric was obviously well trained ( with a decade of working for Cox ) and expert in fixing things remotely. Great advertisement for Cox Communications and their Product Support team.
