“I had such a great experience at this UPS Store! I needed them to scan an original poster that was quite large and then recreate it at a significantly smaller size, and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. I was honestly impressed by how clear and legible all of the writing was despite the size difference.

The workers were also incredibly sweet, helpful, and patient throughout the whole process. They clearly took the time to make sure everything came out right, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. I really appreciate the care they put into it — highly recommend this UPS Store!”

“I have my mailbox at this store. The owner and staff have always been friendly and courteous to me and I've witnessed many customer interactions that were the same. The negative interactions are typically from a customer yelling at the staff usually caused by the customer screwing their own stuff up. I'm confused as to why there's so many bad reviews but I think it's mainly from entitled folks. #1 The UPS store didn't cause the pandemic. #2 The UPS store doesn't control your crappy buying habits that lead to you needing to return your crap back to Amazon. How do I know this? Because I have to stand in line behind you folks every day to get my mail. Buy your own packing tape. Bringing an open package to return that's not taped is like wiping your a** before you go.”

“Emily is an absolute gem! There was a female customer being incredibly rude, impatient, and swearing. Emily was extremely polite, apologetic, and patient. She never once fumbled her words and remained confident in her ability to be of service to the store. Her parents should be very proud of her! As well as her manager. I would hire her any day, any time.”
