“We had the best experience because of Andres at the store today. My mom was switching over her service and the other company was blocking her from changing. He kept such an even keel, asking them questions and calling them out on what they had said and done. The whole store was great, the service was above and beyond and the parking there is easy. If you need anything with your phone, go to this store and if you get Andres, you are lucky to have him help you. He knows what he is doing and thinks ahead to solve problems. Highly, highly recommend.”

“I have always purchased ZAGG screen protectors from the online ZAGG store. They come with free replacements. The last 2 times I have needed to replace screen savers I made the drive to the ZAGG kiosk in the Danbury Fair mall. It’s worth the drive. They do an exceptional job applying the screen saver. No bubbles no dust! There is a small handling fee for applying the screen saver, but again worth it. If I got my replacement through ZAGG online, I would have to pay a small shipping fee but then have to apply the screen saver myself. Definitely recommend.”

“We couldn't figure out how to update my daugther's iPhone. She and I went into the store at 630 on a Saturday. Jack helped us, but it took nearly an hour to get things sorted. The store closed at 7pm but he stayed to get things fixed for her. He went way above and beyond what needed to be done. Thank you, Jack!”
“Carlos was very knowledgeable of the devices and presented us with options. Carlos was patient and did not pressure us to make a choice. Besides providing a great customer service Carlos was also very engaging with our kids. Observing the way Carlos engages with families and how knowledgeable, patience and charismatic he is in comparison to the other employees that were there at the time of our purchase, we think Carlos has manager like qualities!”

“I went to Boost Mobile this morning with my family in the Brewster location. I was in desperate need of a phone because I was paying $400 a month with AT&T. I had purchased 3 phones along with the family plan and paid $296 for the phones new numbers and activation. Also, because we were new customers $10 was taken off my monthly bill. I pay every month for three phones $90. That is unbelievable!! I have never had a bill this low this affordable for a phone service. Paula, the young lady who helped is wonderful, knowledgeable and very sweet. I am so appreciative to Paula and to my new phone service. I will never ever change my service again. Also in 9 months the three of us can upgrade our phones. You can't beat this . Thank you so much. !!”
“My grandson and I had an issue activating a phone that I bought online from Cricket. I spent almost a week trying to get online & customer service help from Cricket Wireless with no luck. Finally, in desperation we went to the Danbury Cricket store.

“Okay so I bought a Samsung Galaxy a21 phone at the store. Within a week I started having marketing ads pop up on this phone. I'm not talking about the little small ads that run on the bottom of your phone; I'm talking about full screen ads that run on top of anything I was doing.I took the phone back to the store. I was furious! Can I just say DIANA. She's the best! she went through every app on my phone and deleted everything that she thought could have downloaded a virus.I haven't had a problem since. If you're reading this and you're the owner of this store, give the girl a raise! She's the best representation of customer service that you will ever have.”

“I usually go to the T-Mobile store at the Danbury Fair Mall, but I recently started coming to the Padanaram Road location, and it has quickly become my favorite. Both locations are amazing but since padanaram is closer for me now, I’ve been going there a lot more. Since I started going there I’ve never ran into a negative situation or member, all the staff members I’ve run into or asked for help here were immediately on it and amazing! Every time I walk in, someone is ready to help right away, answer all of my questions, and make sure I leave with everything I need. They never make me feel rushed and always take the time to explain things clearly. The customer service is outstanding, and it’s obvious they genuinely care about helping their customers. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable service! A plus as well is there is always good music playing in there so be ready to dance once you walk in through their doors.”

“Had a great experience here! After being told my 8 year old Mac Pro needed a new motherboard at an alternative repair place, I took it to the Genius Bar at Apple Danbury Mall . Robert was extremely helpful, and after a few minutes I was told all it needed was a new battery! By some miracle, a battery was located and I had my laptop back in a week. The staff answered all my questions and it was worth the hour drive to get there.”
