“I had a propane gas leak at my home. I called the office and they had a technician (Rob) at my house within 15 minutes. He shut of the propane immediately and brainstormed getting me back up and running that same afternoon (literally within hours) so there was virtually no disruption of my service. This entailed applying for a permit with the town, moving the area where the tank was installed closer to my home (the leak was in the underground line) and installing a new propane tank literally the same day. Truly top notch service from suburban propane as well as thinking outside the box from Rob directly. I wish I could give them 6 stars.”
“Seamless experience during a recent 20’ one way truck rental.
Equipment was ready when I arrived; moving supplies were expediently gathered and the truck itself was nearly new as an added bonus.
Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Only gripe: one way rental charges are quite steep, frankly higher than the base charge plus actual miles round trip would be, even though a one way is only being driven half that distance.”

“Very Pleasant process and Easy Conversion - I spoke with both Linda and Susan - they were able to perfectly time the replacement of tanks (from another company) and the set up & filling the new tanks on the day I purchased my New Home.... 5 Stars is not enough - wish I could give them 10 Stars - the conversion to Casey was hassle free and completed on time as promised.”
