Best place around you will get the best service around every time
Today was the first time going and they handled my problem with no issues,
I didn’t ask for the guys name but he deserves a raise
Had a different post office around that make me lose two days of work for passport appointments that got cancelled on the spot I explained this to the guys working and he went out of his way to help us out handling everything and didn’t even put a face or a bad attitude like most places do
If I could give a better review I would and again this guys working there deserves a raise because he is so nice and polite n handles situations with care”

I had just arrived from Florida and was taking care of my son’s dogs and house when I locked myself out of the house. I only had pajamas on and had been outside for over 2 hours in the cold, She was so kind- stayed there until I talked to the police officer who then was able to contact my son working in NY. “first of all, I sent my package through the post office that was supposed to go to FedEx Angie. The postmaster not only helped me with my issue. She followed up again and again and guided me through how to find if the package had been delivered without Angie, I don’t know if I would have found my package. Angie is the bomb.”

“Located on the green in New Milford. Parking along the front of the green. The lot inside has a lot of spots including handicapped parking. This is a typical older looking post office. The inside is very narrow but makes it easy for the line to flow. All of the workers I have dealt with in the past have been friendly and nice. I've always found that post offices in smaller towns are much better than in the cities.”

“I visit this UPS about once a month to return items purchased online, and have always been met with fast, efficient, and friendly service, even though I always pop in at the busiest times (weekdays around 5 pm, or Saturdays around 2 pm). Today, I mistakenly brought an item that was only for return to USPS, only realizing after I had entered the store that I should have brought it to the post office, not UPS. The staff still kindly taped up my unsealed package for me, slipped the return shipping label into a plastic shipper, attached it to the package and placed it in their USPS outgoing bin. This was very much appreciated, as I had rushed in after work, on my way to another appt, and it was my mistake in not reading my own shipping label carefully.”
