“Small gym with everything you need, reasonable pricing, locally owned, upstairs area with turf, extra dumbbells and extra platforms and racks. Try to avoid the busiest times like 5:30-7:30 when they have trainers helping there clients and a class going on upstairs blasting music.”
“Clean gym, nice staff, and respectful gymgoers. Would be better if they had expanded into the space next door in the years it was vacant especially because it can get packed. Derby, Stratford and Trumbull Edge gyms are way bigger”
