Staff are friendly and greeted me right away. Matt was extremely helpful, asking questions no other had asked at other shoe stores, and got me into the right shoe (size, width, style).”

“Alyssa was amazing! She took care of me and made sure I was happy with my purchase! She gave me suggestions on my vans I was gonna purchase and gave helpful opinions! She wasn’t overwhelming and bugging me about shoes and buying a bunch. She read the situation and understood that I didn’t need the full treatment and helped when I needed it. it was the best experience I’ve had hands down at the vans store. There are some insanely kind people that work in this store. It takes extra effort to read the situation and see what a customer needs instead of doing too much. She was attentive to my needs and made sure I had everything I asked for.”

“Everything you think you need and then some can be found here. From the outside it looks like a small little spot but it upends up inside and is aisles and aisles of STUFF! Extension cords, tools, toiletries, kitchen ware , clothes, coats, suitcases, toys, socks, belts, cleaners, chargers, watches, batteries... EVERYTHING. it's really worth a walk thru. It's like a little Walmart!”
“Customer service at Bob's Stores Footwear & Apparel in Milford is wonderful. The staff is courteous and helpful. There is also plenty of off the street parking.The inventory includes a wide variety of work and casual wear as well as a licensed team merchandise. The sneaker department, especially for children has a awesome selection and most items come in multiple sizes.The store is a lot different than it used to be, but it adequately serves the needs of children and teenagers.”

“Worked out very well, I love the style and fit. I purchased a navy denim blazer in the exact style I was looking for after seeing that the R&B singer Ginuwine wore one on the cover of his ‘The Senior' album. Other websites didn't quite have what I wanted as far as size, price, appearance and the contrast stitching all considered. It's a unique item suited (pun on purpose) for a distinguished gentleman going for a more casual vibe. I would do business again if something else stands out.”

“It is helpful to check into this store on a monthly basis . The staff is knowledgeable and the merchandising is adequate. I believe they would do a lot more business if they were competitively priced and had a bigger quantity of new merchandise coming in weekly.Most of their better quality selections are available online and are frequently not in the Milford location. They carry some cute dresses in a variety of lengths and colors for the summer. They also offer regular sales online.”
