“I want to shout out the young man that helped me Sunday 9/22 evening . My low tire pressure came on my dash . I went to Cumberland farms ( my son was away and highly recommended said they are all helpful ) .. as I walked in a young man Asked if I needed any help with anything .. I told him my car is reading low tire pressure and I am not sure how to use the air pump . He immediately said I can help you ! I was I was so grateful ! Cumberland is very lucky to have this young man as well as the customers. Thank you again !!!”

“Today I went in for prescription meds and ran into a complication with insurance. Kevin at CVS in Simsbury went above and beyond to help me get my meds free of charge through the VA. Kevin absolutely deserves a raise after how much he helped me this morning. He even was able to reimburse me for my previous visit a few weeks ago that was supposed to be free through the VA but there was a hiccup so I had to pay. He really was exceptional and did not need to take as much time as he did to help me, but he did. That’s the customer service that makes you always remember what that person did for you that day. Incredibly grateful for him today!”

“The Simsbury location is the one that I frequent and the workers are always cheerful and polite. Everything is always well stocked and fresh. I'd definitely recommend Pride over Cumberland Farms as there gas is cheaper and customer service is that much better. The lack of one star is because there's no Pride stations in Danbury.”
“Walgreens in Canton closed down and my prescriptions were transferred to Walgreens in Avon. The staff are professional and courteous. I did have a issue on my Doctors end with a prescription and Walgreens handled it in a timely manner.”
