(And there were many). If she didn’t know it or wasn’t confident, she confirmed with her supervisor. Her confidence and concern with providing accurate information at all times, sets her apart. “Better to ask now, than pay for it later” attitude which I appreciate so much. “In this era where customer service is all but dead, I wanted to note that Licia Van Steenburgh (current Branch Manager), did a great job of resolving my issue (despite me being a tough customer) quickly and efficiently. She also took it upon herself to follow up the next day with a call and a proactive reversal of an erroneous charge on my acct, she save me the call or trip to the bank, and made me glad to know that there is still good customer service if you are lucky enough to deal with Licia (or likely others at her branch). Thanks!”

“Very customer oriented atmosphere. All the employees at the bank remember me and my family and ask about how my kids are doing. I get great service every time. It's a very popular branch so sometimes you have to wait in line for a little bit but the wait is worth it for the high quality customer service you recieve.They've had a few 'new hires' in the past year so i try to cut the new employees some slack because theyre still learning the system, but I have seen so much improvement with all of them. Each time I visit they get faster and better.Obviously no bank has a perfect system or perfect service 100% of the time but I can say it's honestly the best bank I've ever had.No matter what bank you go to patience is necessary. People are doing their jobs the best that they can and they try their very best to go above and beyond to help every customer at my branch. Would definitely recommend!”

If you are looking for a great bank to take care of your banking needs this is the place. Also they have a wonderful 60 plus checking account so all you senior citizens this is a great service they offer us!”
“I've been banking here for over 20 years. Friendly, helpful staff who (for the most part) recognize you and know your name, though there has been a bit more turnover lately due to retirements. Keep an eye on your checking balance. They're quick to hit you with overdraft fees which can really add up quickly.”

“I have been a member since 1991 and have never had an issue with any employee of ECFCU. In particular, both Linda and Barbara will greet and treat you like family. Their ability to remember names that they may only see a few times a year is impressive. And though they are not a big establishment they also don't have all the fees either. Home town courtesy keeps me here.”
