“I am updating my rating to 4 stars due to my recent experience after having my vehicle (Toyota Highlander) serviced. At the time I was picking up my vehicle there was a line for a radio show on the parking lot which backed up the lines and made driving and getting my car off the lot very difficult. I think in the future when events like this are taking place that a warning, heads up, or a plan be put in place for paying customers to be able to pick up their vehicle without incidence.”
“Had my oil changed at another venue and they gave me a list of items they said I had to have fixed.Took it back to Crowley because they've never done me wrong.The Mechanic ( sorry, don't recall his name)explained to me what should be done and what was normal wear and tear and wasn't necessary to fix.Saved me $ and did a great job as always.A+++++++”

“I was involved in a car accident and was sent here for a rental until my car was done and LJ was absolutely phenomenal with us. My mother in law even wanted to call and speak to a manager after we left there to tell them how great their employee was. LJ made the whole process so easy and stress free for us! “I wanted to reach out and let you know how pleased I am with the services provided by Dattco the day of my daughter’s wedding. As you know, I retained Dattco to provide round-trip shuttle transportation for our guests from the Marriott Hotel in Wallingford to The Pavilion on Crystal Lake on November 6, 2021.Sadly, there was a terrible accident on 91 causing the highway to shut down. From what I understand, (told to me a week later) the first bus sent to the Marriott was stuck on the highway with nowhere to go. My emergency contact (who was my right arm the day of the wedding) told me (much later) that Dattco kept in constant communication with her and sent a second bus to the location. Our guests arrived about 15 minutes after the cocktail hour started but they made it ! I say much later as no one wanted to tell me what happened until the wedding was over.Our guests said the bus was great and it was so much nicer than a school bus. The bus and the seats were clean and after a night of celebrating, our guests were safe and happy.I had called a few other companies prior to booking with Dattco. They were cheaper (a few hundred dollars) however, I was hesitant to do so. A few reasons, reliability, insurance, etc.I will say I am glad I went with my instincts and booked with Dattco. I would highly recommend you and your team to anyone needing bus transportation.Thank you for scrambling to accommodate our guests, we appreciate your professionalism”

“The Discount Car Rental in Waterbury was open on Christmas eve and saved my family's Christmas. The staff was superb. They were attentive and so kind. Not just for me. I witnessed their efforts to accommodate other customers in their time of need on Christmas eve. The prices are very reasonable and the car ran great . “Booked pickup @4 but nobody was there. They arrived 4:10, still okay but nobody was reachable by phone to tell me this.Car was okay, not super clean but acceptable. Booked first tank of gas included but gas was only 2/3 what I only recognized with delay. Drop off was easy and all communication was friendly and without any additional waiting time.Would use this location again!”
