“My family and I were Sat. May 4th for passport renewal and had the wrong date! The women working, I don't know her name, was the nicest, kindest most patient pleasant person with the best costumer service! Not only did we have the wrong date, but we forgot so many things and had to leave and come back. She was by herself and took us in between customers all with a smile on her face. Thank you!”

“The Greens Farms post office has served us very well for many years! The staff, led by Postmaster Suzannie Swaine, is always helpful and friendly. Also, they will hand stamp special mailings when requested. It is a pleasure to visit there!”

“Mary is simply the best. I really feel obligated to leave her a good review as I had recently a very bad experience at another USPS branch and it made me realize how wonderful Mary is. She goes above and beyond to satisfy everyone's needs and she manages to be lovely at the same time. Best USPS brach in the US, but only because of Mary!!!”

“This is NOT a regular post office location. This location only offers customer service and package pick up. Thats it! Visit the SoNo location for regular services.”

“I never worry about my packages that start off at the Weston post office. I mail hundreds of packages a year and if there are any issues (incredibly rare), Mike is the man and always helpful about troubleshooting. Great people at this location.”

“This is the best post office in the WORLD! Service is fast and efficient, and Carmen is almost always in a good mood. :)This branch never let me down. Go here and AVOID the main post office in town at all costs. Closed between 1 and 2”

“Deborah, our mail carrier, gets 5 stars! She is very good natured and hardworking. We were here on a short term basis and she took great care of us, one example: there was a mix up with forwarding a package, she was on it and got it to us surprisingly quickly. She's a credit to the Fairfield Commerce Drive staff.
PS One day later: add more kudos to Don (for help with forwarding requests that didn't go through online), and the counter postal workers, they're polite and clearly want to be helpful. (I will add this is not my usual experience at USPS stations. . . .).”

“Post offices are tough places. Sometimes we (customers) are guilty of not getting exactly what we want how we want and we tend to have attitudes and then get upset when our attitudes are matched by the HUMAN employees that also may have had bad days.

I watched Noele deal with everyone with kindness and even people who tried to skip the line because they forgot a transaction (I am people) and she helped me. Everyone was very kind, open to help, and overall it was a great experience. You may not get perfect help every time, but I appreciate the good deeds!”

“One of the clerk was eating her snack and she offer my son some she ended up gave him the bag she was eating from. She's a very nice lady, full of good professionalism and great customer service.”

“Called about a mis-addressed package...spoke to someone who figured out what happened and got it redelivered rather than returned. I didn't think you could speak to a real person at the post office anymore; much less get any kind of action...I'm really pleased. Try that with UPS or FedEx! As always, Farfield rocks!!!”

“I’m writing this review based solely on Shirell! She is absolutely the BEST! There was an incredibly rude lady when we first walked in. We had a passport appointment for 3 people and I simply asked where to go. She snapped at me to go to the front and said “I’m leaving”. And that, she sure did. With a full line of people waiting to mail packages and 5 passport appointments, the rude lady walked out and left Shirell with it all. Well, she wasn’t needed anyways! Shirell got the line down and handled all of our passports- WITH a smile on her face! Shirell is professional, personable, diligent, and the Trumbull Post Office is so lucky to have her! Thank you, Shirell!”

“Went to this Post Office last week. There was a line and the female who was working so hard and professional had an impatient customer yelling at her that they should get more help. A customer thankfully stepped in and said “it’s not her fault - call your congressman” He continued to complain but I let him go ahead of me and said “They are working hard here”
She handled the situation with class and dignity and won the respect of everyone there.

That said wondering why it takes the post office 4 days to deliver a certified letter to the next town - but I digress.”
