From the very beginning, the leasing process was smooth and transparent, with the management team being consistently responsive, friendly, and helpful.Jonathan and Miguel exhibit a high level of professionalism and commitment, consistently ensuring that residents are made to feel welcome and that their needs are addressed with efficiency and care.
The apartment itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. High ceilings, large windows, and quality finishes throughout make it feel like home. The kitchen is well-equipped, the appliances are energy-efficient, and the overall layout is both functional and stylish.
Amenities are another major highlight. The gym is well-maintained with up-to-date equipment, the common areas are always clean, and the shared spaces (like the rooftop, lounge) are perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Parking is easy and secure, and package delivery is handled efficiently.
The neighborhood is equally impressive — safe, walkable, and filled with great restaurants, coffee shops.

“Moved here a year ago and having wonderful experience living in this apartment community. Jonathan is impressively professional — he does exceptional work, being genuinely caring about people, and showing incredible patience throughout the entire process. Miguel is very knowledgeable, responsive and efficient in addressing any maintenance issues. The whole management team is compassionate and understanding, and consistently does its best to accommodate everyone’s housing needs, which makes the whole community feel very welcoming. The community itself is fantastic—everyone is friendly, and I’ve made some great friends here. The location is perfect, close to downtown yet near parks -- also very pet-friendly. The garage is clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall convenience and comfort... Overall, this is one of the best value-for-money apartment communities in Stamford. Would highly recommend.”

“We lived in the Vela for 2.5 years and the apartment was extremely well maintained and the location was great. One highlight was that that maintenance staff were always helpful and quick to respond. We love the pool in the summer and always feel safe and comfortable in our apartment. The staff is amazing — Mike especially is super helpful anytime I had a question or needed anything. “I dropped into Vault Apartments leasing office without notice and also at the end of the day. The person at the reception was very kind and asked the leasing office if I could still come in. Donnella McRae was more than happy to get my information and quickly set up a tour of the building and available units for the following day. She made the whole apartment hunting process easy and stress-free. On-top of having a wonderful, fun and bubbly personality she was also very professional. It is really great to see someone who seems to really enjoy their job and also goes above and beyond with their customer service. Thank you Donnella!”

“I'm signing my lease for my third year here and can't say enough about the building! My apartment is a true 1 bedroom with a great amount of space and natural light. The staff are very nice and responsive whenever anything is needed. The location is also great as the building is walking distance to the main strip of bars and restaurants as well as the library and a Target!”

“Moved in 3 months ago. Absolutely love the apartment, love the facilities. Most of the staff is helpful and friendly (special shout-out to George and Tino who drives the shuttle that takes you to the train station every morning for free!). Pool is great, gym is great. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that since I moved in the dryer machine in the apartment is not working. I have opened several tickets for maintenance.

From the moment I toured the property, Jerry made the entire process easy and stress-free. He’s incredibly welcoming and truly cares about helping you find the right unit. The rest of the team — Myla, Karla, and Jay — are just as fantastic. They’re responsive, friendly, and always ready to help whenever you need something.

One thing that really surprised me is how spacious the rooms are, especially for downtown Stamford. The layouts give you tons of breathing room and storage, which is rare in this area and honestly one of the biggest reasons I love living here.

The community amenities — the pool, courts, clubhouse, and well-kept grounds — make the property feel like a true residential community rather than just an apartment building. Considering the location, space, and service you get here, it’s easily the best bang for your buck in town.

Overall, The Wescott has exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a comfortable, affordable and well-managed complex in Stamford, I highly recommend it!”

“We lived at the village for 4 years. Although it may not be the flashiest apartment complex in Stamford, what attracted us was its affordability, size of the apartments, and great location right in the middle of downtown. Management is OK. Not always the most responsive or helpful, however I didn't have any significant issues while living there. Residents are generally respectful, and noise complaints are addressed appropriately. The gym is a nice bonus. The package room is a bit of a disaster at times. When you move out, they really expect you to clean the apartment impeccably, despite the fact that they send in a professional cleaning crew after you leave. We got a surprising fee for forgetting to wipe down the inside of the medicine cabinet, a job that takes two seconds. Overall in the end, the village served our purpose and we lived there very happily.”

“I’ve been here for almost 3 years and I really love it here it’s such a kid friendly area I have great neighbors and maintenance comes in asap whenever I put in a maintenance request. Office staff is also very friendly ( if you treat them with respect, you’ll be treated with respect also) I’m really happy here and hopefully my next renewal id love to up grade to a 3 bedroom apartment.”
