“I called customer service today after 4 pm and was put on hold for 40 minutes plus. Was told that the waiting period would be 15 - 22 minutes. After more than 40 minutes tape message came on and no one picked up until 14 minutes later. Customer service advised that they took care of my problem and I hung up and found that my problem was still there. Tried calling back and waiting for an hour plus and no one ever picked up. Placed my call the next day during regular business hours and got excellent service. I think the after hour staff is falling down on the job. People bank check it out by just calling in yourself.”

“I love the staff there...always very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be about the ATM's at this location...they are often broken down, under repair or eating my card. And just this morning I went there before they were open and BOTH the inside and the outside ATM's were not working...very frustrating bec now I have to wait until they open at 9am to start my day!”
