I've been dealing with a platinum protection warranty exchange issue for NEARLY 2 MONTHS to this point NEEDLESS TO SAY IT WAS EXHAUSTING. I ma de countless calls to different departments and at one point someone even told me that I'm SOL There's nothing they can do for me WHICH WAS CRAZY. out of frustration I went to the warehouse to speak to someone and I got in contact with him he was a complete 180 from my initial experience extremely professional, attentive and followed up on every step throughout the process he completely met my expectations and went above and beyond five stars A+ whatever accolades can be given he got it”

“I’m going out of my way to submit feedback for my visit on Friday, February 20, because I had an exceptional experience at your store. My cashier, Allysa, and the gentleman who was the manager on duty (I apologize for not remembering his name) were both incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. I truly believe they deserve recognition—and please make sure they get a raise—because people like them can make or break a shopping experience, and they are genuine gems.
Allysa was an absolute standout. Most cashiers I encounter aren’t particularly warm or engaging, but she was everything a cashier could be: friendly, smiley, respectful, and attentive. She went out of her way to offer thoughtful advice when I was torn between decor items for my bedroom, and her suggestions were spot-on. I even returned to the store to purchase additional items based on her recommendations because she perfectly understood my vision and helped me bring it together. Her level of care, attention, and product knowledge far exceeds what I’ve come to expect.
While I was shopping, I accidentally hit a piece with my back and broke the base. I felt completely humiliated, but the manager immediately reassured me that it was no problem and helped me resolve it with ease. Their patience, kindness, and professionalism made what could have been an awkward situation completely stress-free.
As someone who works in the entertainment industry as a producer in television and film, a very cutthroat field, I can say without hesitation that I would very easily pluck Allysa or this manager out and hire them myself. They have talent, charisma, and professionalism that’s rare to find. Stores are defined by their people, and I sincerely hope their efforts are noticed, rewarded, and compensated accordingly. Thank you for having such outstanding staff on your team!”
“I ordered a Miele vacuum that was on sale from the store’s website - it was out of stock, but they honored the sale price and sent me an upgrade model! They also shipped super fast, for free. This is the kind of excellent customer service that seems so hard to find these days. Highly recommended!”
“We just completed a flooring project in our new home and had a 5 star experience first time using Floor and Decor. The staff at F&D were very helpful: Amanda is a gem, Marshall walked us through what we needed with a great attitude and professionalism, (plus he was totally prepared for our appointment since we followed someone else's advice to make an appointment ahead of time which we too recommend), Cara and Justin were very patient with us(!), plus GianCarlo, (spelling?), a great guy who delivered all the supplies as promised. We used Installation Made Easy through F&D , we were referred to Goodhouse Flooring and they did an excellent job too in the time frame we wanted; it was all completed yesterday. My husband just called and said he returned the unopened boxes of flooring back to F&D and got a full refund for them, again, as promised. Woohoo!”

“My SIL and I first shopped here a few years ago, after driving around in search of some local shops. It has quickly become a place that I make it a point to go to every time I visit. The staff is attentive, answering any questions I have, while not being overbearing. I always find something to bring home for myself, along with gifts for Christmas, birthdays, or whatever. And aside from a unique, fun store, the owner/staff are incredibly community-oriented; running fun specials for back-to-school donations, and donating money from bottled water purchased to another local cause. Local doesn't end at home, and it certainly doesn't end after you step foot outside the Mellow Monkey.”
