I ma de countless calls to different departments and at one point someone even told me that I'm SOL There's nothing they can do for me WHICH WAS CRAZY. out of frustration I went to the warehouse to speak to someone and I got in contact with him he was a complete 180 from my initial experience extremely professional, attentive and followed up on every step throughout the process he completely met my expectations and went above and beyond five stars A+ whatever accolades can be given he got it”
