“If you need safety toe shoes or boots, this is the place to go! Don’t do what I did and go to every other place first. Total waste of time. The other options (red wing and work n gear) in this area are awful. Red wing is way too expensive and work n gear has like 4 choices if they have your size at all. Here they have a wide variety of both safety toe boots and sneakers in men’s and women’s in various styles and sizes. I must’ve tried on 8 different pairs while I was in there. Got a great pair at a decent price and the manager was super helpful. Told me if they didn’t have my size they could likely order it and have it in a day or two for me to try on. He also wasn’t up my butt following me around and making me feel rushed like red wing was. Just said if I needed help to ask. Great place! Great selection! Great service! I will be back for sure!”

“My most favorite shoe store in the world. I've been going to DSW shoes for about 20 years. All of the latest styles with all of the greatest shoe brands. One of the things I love about them is that you can donate old shoes for points (50 point) which turns into $5 that you can use to purchase more shoes. A win is a win!”

“I never leave reviews unless I have a horrible or wonderful experience. I have visited here a couple times since I've moved to the area back in the spring and every time the staff has been pleasant kind and courteous. I went in there today with an item I needed to return and initially I was only being offered a store credit which was not really fair considering the circumstances of the return but the manager was able to provide me with a refund which was greatly appreciated. This is the way things should be done. Im happy in the end he was able to see that. I wish more places these days were able to provide proper customer service as this team always does.”
