“These guys saved my a** on a little 200 mile adventure from Mass to NYC. I purchased my Aprilia Tuareg in Massachusetts and was going to ride it back. It's a bigger, taller and different bike than I'm used to riding. Well, lo and behold, 30 miles in, I tipped it over at a stop sign on a hill (no surprise really). Picked all 470# of it, and noticed the shifter pin had sheared off. (This is a known thing on the Tuareg.) Now I'm screwed. I'm in some back road in CT, 170 miles from home. Thankfully, I had cell service and found Metzger Moto Worx, 6 miles away. I call them and they say they are swamped (cuz it's summer) and prob would take a day and they don't do Aprilia anyway. I try calling another place. I'm considering getting it towed by my insurance. I decide I'm just going to limp it in 1st gear to Metzger and I'll just stay overnight if possible. I show up, super hot (it was 95 and humid), a bit freaked out and humbled and they were SO nice. They had actually tried to call me back to see if I needed to be picked up. Immediately, they look at the issue, wheel the bike back into the shop and jury rig some bolt to fit and get me back on the road in no time. It was the kindest, most amazing thing EVER. Thank you to the client who prob got bumped a little so they could help me out. I was able to get home w/o any other issues (figured out how to get my foot down on a taller bike). To Jim, Lance, Max and Harry, THANK YOU SO MUCH for your time, generosity and skills. It was so nice talking with you and you really did save me. They also gave me a sticker and a tank top! I'll never forget this. <3”

“I had known Gabe and Jay for over 30 years but lost track of them. While driving my dad's 2 year old Rav4 the hood lifted up and struck the windshield. I pulled over and luckily the windshield wasn't damaged but their was some minor damage where the hinges got bent too far back. I was recommended to try a autobody shop a little off my normal area and I was happy to see it was Gabe's place. He wad able to quickly assess the problem and within 9 days (only 2 days in the shop) my dad's Rav was as good as new. He even noticed a minor scratch which he fixed as well. The repair was done so skillfully it was impossible to know there had been an incident. The minimal time the vehicle was in his shop was greatly appreciated and it reduced the inconvenience factor. The price was extremely fair as it was out of pocket so I did appreciate their working with me in all aspects and touching up the unknown scratch was a welcomed bonus. “This was only my second visit to Cargill Chevrolet for service, and I will definitely return here continually in the future. My 2020 Chevy Bolt EV was displaying an ominous warning message, “Propulsion Power Reduced”. I feared a problem with the main battery. Cargill scheduled me for the next day and found a problem requiring a program reset. They also performed a safety inspection. There was NO CHARGE for any of this, and my Bolt is as good as new. I will trust Cargill for future service, because they have shown me that they really understand their EVs.”
“Both my daughter and I have visited “The Tire Man” recently. Having hit some deep potholes, we both experienced numerous flat tires and/or bubbled tires over the past several months. (Definitely the roads fault….and not our driving! Haha) The guys here get the tires ordered and they put them on the car in a timely manner. Dan got me in right away due to a bubble on my tire “being dangerous” as it could “blow out, especially in this heat.” It is so nice to deal with small, personal businesses where you are not just another customer….but someone whose safety matters! And they don’t just do tires! They can hook you up for oil changes, brakes, and more! Staff and service: A+. Support this local small business…you will be happy you did!”
