“About a year ago, we worked hard with Rosa Nguyen (who came highly recommended) on a house that was under construction. Rosa went above and beyond to keep us updated with the changes in rates and helped us navigate the complicated world of mortgages as first time home buyers. She was at our nerve racking closing and was advising us till the second we signed the dotted line. Her experience in the field as a previous realtor helped us a lot and she wasn't afraid to give us the best advice. “I've always had good service at this location! Roza and Savanna were very helpful and always followed up with answers to all my questions. My only complaint is the location is not very handicap accessible. Handicap parking is in the parking lot on the second level but there is no elevator to get you to ground level where banking takes place.”

“Even in this age of the coronavirus, Charter Oak gives exceptional customer service through their Drive-thru. They are providing all the same services as they do in branch (opening a new account with your Debit card given on the spot, Debit card replacement at the time of visit, etc). All the tellers are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and patient. Although I miss the face-to-face contact, I have never left feeling like I've missed that "personal touch".”

Mortgages, auto loans, credit cards, everything. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Lastly its worth mentioning that the bank is by no means geographically convenient for me- I go out of my way to bank with Angela @Cornerstone Bank because the service is THAT GOOD.”

“Maybe it’s silly to write a review on a bank.. however this was the first bank account I ever had, and years later I’m still with them. I even moved from Pomfret to Manchester and kept with Putnam Bank. The ladies here go above and beyond customer service! Can’t say enough good things.”
