“quick and easy amazon UPS box-less return. I went to one closest to hartford which has terrible customer service and outright blatant refusal to accept any shipping or dropping off except from 5-6pm. They asked me to scan the QR code and print the label myself, put it on the box and tape it up and then come at 5pm. the QR code when you scan on your phone, it just pastes title of your item, not shipping label.Similar reviews and anticipated service for the one by west hartford. Thanks to other google reviews i drove the extra miles to come here, was surprised. i was expecting taping fee, scanning fee, like they do at the ones i mentioned above.”

“I recently shipped a high-value piece of equestrian equipment through the Southington UPS store. I was so nervous to pack it, as it was high quality and the buyer paid a lot of money for it, so I felt it would be more responsible to have a professional pack it. It was also a sentimental piece that I was hesitant to sell, and it was emotional for me to drop off. I received a message from the buyer today, and they said it was impeccably packed. She said it was “immaculate” and that I should “reach a class on shipping.” I was so relieved! I told her I had it professionally packed and that I would definitely be using UPS for all of my future packing. I’m sure she will, too! This was a very stressful item for me to part with and I really appreciated the care taken in packing and shipping.”

“I use this UPS store (Post Office Square) at least once a week. I find the store to be one of the BEST UPS locations. Here are a few reasons: 1- the store is very clean 2- staff turn around is low. I see a core staff that are friendly, professional and helpful. They know their job, might sound like a silly statement, but they offer customers options that they are not aware of. The are also timely, service is quick. I’d suggest if you need a UPS store come here. Oh ya, parking is easy too. It’s the best UPS store in the world!”
