“This was my first time renting a car from this location, and the last time I've rented a car from any other company or location! It is vey conveniently located at the train station, if you are renting from the city or any other town on New Haven line. There are no lines, and is very accessible if you have luggage.The customer service is impeccable! From the warm welcome, to the friendliness and personalized service. They went above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with the vehicle I got. The process of picking up, replacing the vehicle and returning were very smooth. Cars are very well maintained, clean, in a great condition. They make sure to give you the car that best serves your needs! Keep up with the good work!”

“Bianca was honestly so helpful and knowledgeable. Progressive tried to give me so much pushback and tried to force me to take a front wheel drive a vehicle when my vehicle is all-wheel-drive. Bianca really made sure that I had a safe vehicle to do my far commute to work. People typically don’t care. She actually cares about what she’s doing and that’s very hard to find. Progressive really push back hard for no reason. Awesome customer service! Very nice people.”

“Service is good, but there was issue with billing, luckily saw it, guy gave multiple billing receipts from 160 $ to finally after showing the receipt of the previous day the bill was brought down to the original amount less than 100$, maybe some system issue, but car was clean and almost new.”

“Associate behind the counter was dealing with a crazy lady trying to block the rear door where they prep the vehicles. I did not get the associates name, but she is a saint! Dealing with that crazy lady is more than im sure she gets paid for and definetly deserves a promotion or raise! Side note to owner of building i would recommend bigger no parking signs. The associate was very professional to me. I felt so bad because the car i was renting was in the garage, thus it being critical that the crazy lady move her car. If it were me i would have ran her a** over lol!
5 star! I rented my car on 2/20 around 5pm if you want to look who was working that day. The car smelled fresh and clean. Chevy cruze was more than i expected as well. Alot lf features for a small car! Thanks again!”

“While on a road trip with the family from NYC to Boston our original rental van was having some mechanical issues. After getting the run around and bad information from the 800 corporate customer service number we finally pulled into Budget Westport. After patiently listening to my sob story Qas got us into a replacement van and quickly back on the road. He was extremly helpful and friendly. He treated us like we were family even though we were just random people passing through town. Qas was like our guardian angel we didnt know we needed. Thanks Qas!”
