“We recently purchased a Caldera Niagara hot tub from Mike's Factory Direct, and the experience from start to finish was exceptional. When we first started looking, we visited Mike's with a strong interest in the Caldera brand due to its great reputation. From the moment my family and I walked in, the team was outstanding. Mike spent several hours patiently walking us through the various models and features, answering all of our questions without ever being pushy. His sales approach was informative and laid-back, which made us feel very comfortable.
Several months later, when we were ready to buy, we went back to Mike's. This time, we worked with Bill, and he made the experience just as pleasant. Bill was easy to talk to, walked us through the model we were interested in again, and I purchased the hot tub that day. He even provided all the safety documentation I needed for the town, which was a big help.
The delivery was seamless. The two young men who delivered the hot tub were professional and took great care in making sure it was perfectly positioned. Once it was set up and filled, Bill personally came to our home to walk me through each step of the setup process and explain all the functions of the hot tub.
When making a purchase like this, customer service is everything, and Mike’s Factory Direct truly delivered. We've now christened our Niagara, and we absolutely love it! I highly recommend Mike’s Factory Direct to anyone considering a hot tub.”
“Went in yesterday looking for new appliances. We had Steve as our sales rep. Steve did an awesome job helping us choose the right appliances and answered all of our questions. Although we were not there to purchase a tv he answered all the questions and explained the differences between certain types of TV’s these. In the end we also picked up a TV. Will definitely be back for another TV for a mancave that’s in construction.”

“After having a really sore back for a few weeks, I decided to stop into Mattress Firm since a friend recommended them. Nigel gave me a ton of information and suggestions. I left with a mattress in mind but wanted a little time to think about it. I went back a few days later to purchase a pillow I had tried. I missed Nigel that day as he was in a different store but fortunately Denzell was just as helpful. I ended up with new pillows and a great deal on the mattress I had picked out and even got delivery the next day. Best part was the first night sleeping on the new mattress the pain was gone!
