However, experiences can vary. One rental of a "manager's special" vehicle was rough, very worn, had an unpleasant odor, a dirty exterior and windshield with sticker residue. On another occasion, an employee at the exit gate was extremely rude. While some customers state they will rent again, others would not. Decent but aging already. Pick up slow and the highlight of renting this vehicle was the sound system with Syrus. Decent pricing.

My rental was not in the space where it waa supposed to be, but the attendant was jolly on the spot with the substitute and choices of rentals. That made my day !

Original car given to us had significant cigarette stench. Went back in and asked for a different car.
Pick-up took a while due to lack of personnel at the counter (2 people for 3 rental companies); Drop off was quick and easy at BDL.
