We arrived at BDL to pick-up our car. I forgot to reserve one. The counter person, Dylan, was SUPER! He created a reservation, helped us select a vehicle and even put our luggage into the trunk. Way above and beyond what I have received at other locations (names withheld).

Joe at the rental car return at Newark was incredible. Tremendous personality of caring and understanding of my issue. Really helpful in every area. Friday night at the Newark Airport was one of the best people I’ve ever met from National. I appreciated him very much.
