“Really well appointed suites, convenient location and kind and helpful staff. Large rooms and lots of parking. Adults only in the pool from 9p - 10p which is nice. 24-hour fitness room. I would recommend for sure.”

“The lobby and rooms have an upgraded look. The hallway carpet feels like it is stuck in the early 90s. The tub was dingy, paint pealing and no hot water for the morning shower.”

“Wonderful hotel in which I have stayed multiple times. Today I called the Sheraton reservation number to confirm an upcoming reservation. After speaking to a helpful young man and waiting on hold while he checked with the hotel, he instructed me to call the hostel desk for an email confirmation. Upon calling the desk I was chastised by a rude woman for “just calling her”. I had never spoken to her before. When I made her aware of this she only dug in on her mistake and continued to debate. I asked for the manager, which she then claimed to be. I hardly think that such a childish, rude and vitriolic woman would be a Sheraton manager. I sincerely hope that someone teachers her the basics of customer service.”

“Beautiful hotel, friendly and accommodating staff. Perfect location for a wedding at the Society Room nearby, we enjoyed the easy process of booking a wedding block and all guests enjoyed their stay. Very clean, professional. Beautiful and spacious bridal suite.”

“We enjoyed the room and the bed! We both remarked about the mattress and each of us had a good night's sleep. Our only negative was that the breakfast food selection was not on par with other Choice hotels we have stayed in. For example: no hot water for the oatmeal (instant? What about authentic hot oatmeal?); no Danish; eggs ran out (before 8am). Otherwise, 5* all the way.”

“Quiet location but not too far from freeway. Has a mall right next door with plenty of restaurants. The rooms are very clean, modern, spacious and nicely made. The bathroom is a walk in shower, so if you need a tub sadly there isn't one (at least in the room I stayed in which was a 1 king sized bed but not suite) overall for travelers or visitors to Hartford, this hotel is lovely.Safety: Very very safe neighborhoodWalkability: Everything you need is within walking distance.”

“Hotel is showing its age and needs a refresh, but the room was clean. The bed sheets were really crisp. The bathrooms are extremely small. The front desk people during our late check in were very friendly. The manager texted us several times to see how our stay was going. Breakfast was decent.”

“Directly next to the mall with lots of things to do. Clean. Pleasant staff member, I think his name was Dennis, put effort into trying to find something we needed. Breakfast was good. Would stay again!Nearby activities: Large mall. Dave and busters. Lots of other shopping and food.”

“I always come here when I'm looking for a room. I find the front desk staff are always nice to me. The rooms are always clean, sometimes they smell like smoke but that's not necessarily the hotel employees fault if the people in the rooms prior don't follow the rules. So I don't really hold that against them I just usually make sure I have a candle or some air freshener with me. They have plenty of parking, dog stay free which is important to me because I usually have my dog with me, it's usually pretty quiet and there's not a lot of activity out in the parking lot. The location is great, there's plenty of restaurants and gas stations places to get food or anything else that you may need while you're staying here. It is located on a main strip, plenty of activities around like a bowling alley. Located extremely close to Bradley airport so if you're looking to stay somewhere to catch a flight in the morning this is the perfect place.”

“This hotel was my favorite airport hotel. It’s gone down hill big time. Marijuana Smell in all the halls and some of the rooms. No extra pillows, and the towel count per room is bare minimum. The staff are good however but the place is getting scary with full time guests.”

“I would give this hotel a 3.5 or 4.0. I was worried based on several negative reviews which I read before staying here, but at least in my case the experience was decent. The hotel staff was nice and helpful, the room was as expected, perhaps a little run down but nothing alarming and the bed was fine. The only negative is that it isn't in the best area, and there seemed to be quite a few people milling about in the parking lot that weren't staying there, but I was assured that there are cameras and that my car would be safe. There was also a small gathering in the room next to mine which I was initially concerned about but it did not end up bothering me. One other point to note is that I believe this is a pet friendly hotel as I noticed an extremely small patch of grass for a relief area. Certainly not adequate for a dog of any size for more than a quick stop. All in all I think this is a decent hotel at a decent price - very conveniently located with easy parking. I would use it again - but might upgrade to the hotels a little further in town for location purposes.”

“It’s a nice place to stay. Neatly organised and cool place. We enjoyed our short stay her. The breakfast can be improved a lot for the price they charge. It’s good place and near to highway towards Massachusetts so it’s convenient for long road trip drivers just stopping by and resting for a nights ”

“We needed a place to stay between Boston and New York and luckily came across this hotel. We were greeted very warmly by Juan and given our nice clean rooms promptly. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was very clean. Upon leaving, I left the spare set of keys to our van in the room. I realized what had happened once we were in New York and called the hotel in a panic. Fortunately Juan answered the phone and assured me he had the keys and told me they would be able to mail them to me and to call the manager in the morning. The manager was so nice, took my information and told me she would mail out the keys that day. Now it's just a matter of the post office doing its job. So thankful I stayed at the Best Western Hartford!”

“Stayed a night for a tournament nearby. Quick walks from the train station. Very convenient. Front desk gentlemen was friendly and cool. Room clean and all good.Only thing is the noise. One room nearby had sex shouts for a long time near midnight. Will request for a quiet room next time if staying again.”

“The front desk was extremely kind. The hotel was a huge regret. We had been on the road for 4 days and needed somewhere comfy to stay. This was by far the worse hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The pictures are a JOKE! Let’s start with the bathroom, the floors are stained, the tub was dirty, the light in the room kept going on/off randomly, the sheets were dirty, the hotel overall is outdated. I feel horrible to bring my young kids here. I normally look out for reviews, but was so in a rush to rest I totally forgot to check out the reviews. PLEASE don’t give this place your money!! The front desk granted us with an extended late check out. We left before our 11am check out ?”

“My family fell on hard times and were forced to stay in a motel for a month and this motel six fit the bill. The room was a bit small but had two beds, a microwave and mini fridge, everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. A great deal for the price and close to stores and restaurants.Rooms: A bit small but well equipped with everything you need at a great price and for a small fee you can bring your pet.Safety: Never felt unsafe here, the staff is very good.Walkability: Close to everything you need.”

“It was cheap, sketchy, cigarette burns on the bedding, the toilet didn't flush. Everything you hope for when you're staying at a cheap motel. I love staying in places like this. It sure beats driving home after a concert. The staff was great. 5 stars.”

“Staying here was an experience, I noticed upon arrival that the owners are working to revive the motel, which takes time. The staff was very polite and provided prompt service when I called for an issue. I also like that fact they they are working to support the people in the community with housing and food.”

“This is my second time staying here and I will stay here again in the future! Rooms are clean, towels smell like bleach, bedding also smells freshly washed. This motel is only minutes away from Union Station which is a huge plus! Lots of restaurants in fast food nearby! This place is great for the price! Can't complain! I'm a very happy costumer!”
