“Needed a new mattress and kept putting it off. After visiting a couple of “showcase” stores - where the experiences were either high pressure or being totally ignored- we stopped by Jimmy’s place. Within a minute, my husband and I were warmly greeted. Jimmy was very helpful, with zero pressure or upselling. Purchased a Cool Phase Hybrid with adjustable base, which arrived at our home on schedule. I reached out to him post-purchase, and he was phenomenal in answering my questions. It’s been a couple of months, and we’re very happy with our purchase.”
