“After a long day of searching for an accent chair at various stores like Arhaus, Pottery Barn, and Ashley's, we gave up as we had no luck of finding the right one and one we could take home today. We ended up wanting to shop for some snacks at the World Market.
Our experience took a delightful turn when we were assisted by Maria, an amazing employee who was knowledgeable and welcoming. Little did we know we will end up buying an accent chair here today after giving up on multiple so called high-end stores.
She made the process of finding a chair convenient by showing us the options in stock.
Thanks to her help, we quickly decided on a beautiful accent chair and purchased it on the spot. Definitely far better customer service than we encountered earlier in the day!!!
We left the store thrilled with our find and grateful for Maria's exceptional service. Not only did she assist us with a smile, but I also witnessed her handling heavy loads and helping other customers without losing that positive attitude. She truly deserves recognition! Our recognition of World Market simply is at a higher level as of today :)
