“Such a great store. Has been perfect for our 3 dog family. Plenty of food options including fresh or frozen options. If you’re considering a raw diet, there are options here.
Instinct kibble with raw boost was a good transition food for our pupps.
We’re doing raw pucks soon so we’ll post feedback on that soon.

“We have a Vizsla who hates his nails being clipped, it’s a struggle and not even the Vet could do them. I brought him in to see if they could attempt to trim them and in less than 10 minutes they had all nails clipped!! I wish I had brought him in sooner! They’re amazing!!!!”
“I originally ordered online from them and had a bad experience. Two things I'd ordered and paid for weren't in stock and hadn't been in stock for weeks. When they asked me if I'd accept an alternative, I picked one; but when it was delivered they'd given me a different alternative than the one I picked.But recently I went in-store with my puppy and my friends with their puppies and we had a great time! They were extremely friendly and helpful at the counter. So maybe I'll just purchase in-store from now on.”

“I bring my French Bulldog puppy (5 month old) every couple of weeks for Grooming. And Bailee and the young man (I can’t remember his name, sorry) are so nice and professional. My puppy is very wiggly and she has zero anxiety around them. I love how smooth her fur is and how nice she smells after her grooming.
The customer service in the store is also great. They helped me find many items I needed for my new fur baby.”

“My wife and I went to the puppy palace for the first time, looking at a Boston terrier puppy they had. Our experience was great, it was clean for having 10 or so dogs, the whole time we were there employees were cleaning the play area. The employee who helped us answered all our questions without a fuss. So we bought our little fury friend from them and plan on going back when we are ready for another. We came from Massachusetts and recommend buying a dog from them.”
“Just wanted to say thank you so much to our groomer Jazmyne. She was wonderful with our (over 100 pounds) dog Kubota. He had a lot of long matted hair that she was able to smooth out for him. He's 11 years old so we were worried about how he would deal with this. Jazmyne took her time with him and made him look like the handsome senior dog he is. This girl is a great asset to your store. We will be forever grateful and will always bring our fur babies here from now on. Thanks again”

“The store is well stocked with lots of varieties of anything you might need for any animal. I have never found that they did not have something that I was looking for. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The most important thing is to get on their email list and you will get specific coupons and general % off on anything you want to buy. I have saved a LOT of money this way.”

“Wow! I am blown away at how great this PetSmart is in comparison to Manchester. I used to go to the Manchester store until our groomer transferred here. Manchester was a nice store, but it was always busy no matter what time of the day you go. It was a total nightmare trying to get in and out of that parking lot. But the East Hartford store was a breath of fresh air. It was so easy to get in and out, there were barely any lines...it was great. Will definitely keep driving a little further to come to this one.”
“The Manchester ,Ct . store has amazing staff throughout including staff at the Petco Clinic.Took my kitten there for her 1st shots. They explained what shots I was getting for my Furbaby. Showed me exactly how much I was paying, since they are the professionals . Paid at the front of the store & received an email detailing the shots that were given etc. I asked about pricing & what my cat needed , $104.00 dollars out the door. No outrageous office visit fee, like my veterinarian would charge. Way cheaper.I highly recommend this establishment!!!!”
“My mom purchased a 5 month old mini schnauzer in April. That night she noticed she had a bit of a cough. She contacted the store the next day and was told she could either bring her back and let them treat her or take her to her vet and get reimbursed. She decided to go to her vet where she was diagnosed with a severe case of pneumonia. My mom sent in the bill, within a few weeks she received a check for not only her first visit and meds, but her follow up visit. Her emails and phone calls were all pleasant and responded to with concern for the "baby".”

“I am very happy with their service. I brought my dog to the vet clinic. She needed her distemper shot in blood work together heartworm pill. The vet and the assistant were above and beyond excellent. Play answered all my questions they were just fantastic I highly recommend that call vet clinic at Petco it's well worth it cheaper than a vet.”
