“This location always have great customer service but this 1 particular day was amazing. Whenever I come in I always greeted and helped. Right before Christmas I had an issue with an order online that after numerous calls was still not resolved. They suggested I go in store. When I arrived, they informed that it was an online issues. With a packed store and 2 associates the manager multitasked and called in with me until the issue was resolved. They're always willing to help, whether it's something in the store I need help with or online. If they don't have it they will help you figure out where you can get it from. If it's something the carry but it's out of stock they're order it for you and have it shipped to their store for free. Can't say enough about this amazing team.”

“My wife had went there to get our Giants Crucial Catch Cap embroidered for our Nephew. The first attempt was all screwed up. I had them called lids, spoken to Chev and was very accommodating, on Saturday. He told me to bring it back on Monday to Unstitch and restitch.
